“I’m awarding a five star review based on the culture I’ve found at this hotel the times I have stayed there. The front desk staff are kind, competent and helpful without being overly friendly and weird. I specifically want to mention Sanjy and Pierre at the front desk. The breakfast is better than most hotel breakfasts by far in terms of variety, having hot food and a staff who are keeping track of stocking and cleanliness. The only hotels more convenient to Mall of America would be the hotels actually attached to it. Highly recommend.”

“We were checked in my Sanjeev and the experience was great! After we got checked in he got us set up for the shuttle to the airport in the morning as well as parking. He made everything before our trip quick and easy. Our room was clean and stocked. Beds and pillows were comfortable. They start cold breakfast a couple hours before hot breakfast therefore if you have an early flight you can still get a quick breakfast.”
