This place is definitely a good place to stay! We loved that it was so close to the mall of America and our kids loved that they got to see airplanes take off right past our windows in the morning! It was clean and the staff were very friendly! The pool was also nice and warm! The breakfast was very good for being a hotel breakfast! Even our picky son left satisfied! We will definitely stay again when we visit the Mall of America!

We were checked in my Sanjeev and the experience was great! After we got checked in he got us set up for the shuttle to the airport in the morning as well as parking. He made everything before our trip quick and easy. Our room was clean and stocked. Beds and pillows were comfortable. They start cold breakfast a couple hours before hot breakfast therefore if you have an early flight you can still get a quick breakfast.

What an amazing experience!! Pierre is such a pleasant host. Very friendly and professional. The breakfast that is included was outstanding and the kitchen staff were very friendly and courteous… not to mention everything was fresh and very clean! They rooms are very modern and comfortable.I would highly recommend staying here! Thank you for the amazing hospitality 👋

I’m awarding a five star review based on the culture I’ve found at this hotel the times I have stayed there. The front desk staff are kind, competent and helpful without being overly friendly and weird. I specifically want to mention Sanjy and Pierre at the front desk. The breakfast is better than most hotel breakfasts by far in terms of variety, having hot food and a staff who are keeping track of stocking and cleanliness. The only hotels more convenient to Mall of America would be the hotels actually attached to it. Highly recommend.

I love the location of this hotel and the price was fair. The room, however, was not up to my standards. We had issues with the air conditioning (it took all night to drop the temp 1 degree) and we had an outlet in our room with a scorch mark. I was definitely not comfortable with using that one even though the hotel said they see it all the time. The bathroom was also pretty small. All in all it wasn't terrible but I wouldn't go out of my way to stay there again. The service was pretty good though.
