Hotel limpo, quarto bastante amplo, com sala separada do quarto. Possui microondas e frigobar. Cama bastante confortável (nosso quarto não tinha cama king size, somente duas camas queen). Banheiro muito bom com um chuveiro excelente! O café da manhã excelente, com o tradicional e mais omeletes, waffles feitos na hora, etc.! Recebemos ótimo atendimento do Andrew e de uma funcionária que fazia os waffles (não me recordo o nome, mas foi muito simpática). O estacionamento é cobrado a parte.

Pros: - complementary happy hour was AMAZING! We only got to partake one time… but, the drinks and snacks were great and the overall atmosphere was really fun. - close to Disney parks (15 min) - complementary breakfast (I didn’t eat it… but, it all looked good) - super friendly and helpful staff (they even texted us to check in to see if we needed anything) Cons: - the hotel is pretty dated and needs updating. I loved the layout of the room, but it felt a little old. Thankfully it was clean. - We had a bright outside light shining into our window making it look daylight out. I ended up using a clothes hanger with clips to help keep the curtain closed and it helped. - we stayed 3 nights and had to pay $150 dollars in resort fees *Overall we liked it here and would stay again because of the convenience and overall positive experience*

For the most part we had a great time at the Embassy.The entire staff was all smiles and engaging, quick to empathize and when the occasion called for it to apologize for whatever situation they were presented with.The whole property was clean and very presentable from the entrance to the restaurant to the pool up to our room.There were a few cosmetic issues in the room that caught me by surprise, but that I would have expected from a lesser hotel/resort.The food and drinks from the bar and restaurant were great with the exception there were no condiments for the meats, but the meal as a whole was cooked to order perfectly.There was a hiccup with getting a few things delivered up to the room in a timely fashion but overall we had a great time at this resort and it is centrally located to many local hot spots so my wife and I do plan to make a return trip in the future.

The hotel is good. Can not judge too much, because I am spending my quarantine here. Unable to leave the room. But when entered the room, everything looked neat. Fresh linen, towels etc.

I stayed at this hotel with my wife and four kids during the last week of 2021. This hotel needs major maintenance. The first room had an extremely uncomfortable sofa bed as you could feel the springs of the mattress. In addition, the shower was in very poor conditions. After complaining the friendly staff changed my room but unfortunately the toilet was not flushing and we had maintenance come for three times to fix the toilet however on the fourth time the water spilled. We informed the front desk and requested full maintenance and deep cleaning. To our surprise when we came back at night the room was in the same condition we left it. Again, the polite staff took immediate action and apologized multiple times for the oversight. I would not recommend this hotel and I will never stay at any Hilton hotel because what happened is just unacceptable

My friend and I enjoyed our stay there. Our room was spacious, clean, the beds were comfortable and the staff were so friendly. The complimentary happy hour and free breakfast alone made the price we paid an absolute steal. And it's just a few miles from Disney. My "only" complaint is that their televisions don't let you sign into any apps to watch movies. You're stuck channel surfing. After a long day it would be nice to wind down with Prime Video or Netflix. But that's it.

The rooms were a little outdated but still nice. The air-conditioning seemed a little slow to cool our room. But the happy hour at the bar was fantastic. And the breakfast had a great selection. The pool is pretty nice and the kids had a blast in it. There is a spa next to the pool as well. The rates were great too compared to other hotels. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean and refreshing. Nice to relax and enjoy life. Great breakfast. The wings was great for lunch. Happy hour is a great time to relax and meet people. It's a do again fun place. Everyone was nice and friendly.

Great room and atmosphere. As expected from embassy suites, the evening social and breakfast was a hit with my family. The splash pad is fantastic. Would recommend to any family visiting Disney or any of the parks in Orlando.

We really enjoyed our time at Embassy Suites near Disney. The place is beautiful and fun for our kids. Everyone is following Covid guidelines and we felt very safe. Special thanks to Ron at the poolside bar for great conversation and information on where to eat in the area!. Hopefully we will be able to make here again in the summer.

Es un lugar razonablemente bueno, las habitaciónes son grandes, Ed el cocinero del desayuno hace muy buenos huevos y tiene buena actitud, la piscina es buena. Cobran el parking y el lugar tiene una estética regular.

Excelente hotel / suites !!!!! Nos encantó el hotel, las habitaciones que dan a la piscina son buenisimas y super, comodas, son externas con vista a la piscina y un corredor exterior con 2 silloncitos y una mesita en la puerta de cada suites. EXCELENTE LA ATENCIÓN DE TODO EL PERSONAL, EN EL FRONT DESK , MARA UNA GENIA, LA ATENCIÓN DURANTE TODA LA ESTADÍA INMEJORABLE Muchas gracias

El servicio de Embassy Suites fue excepciónal. Nos atiendieron muy bien y fueron muy amable. La comida fue muy bueno, y hasta un poco menos que en otro restaurantes. El lugar es muy hermoso y la piscina estuvo muy limpio. Recomendó este hotel cuando vengana visitar a Disney.

This hotel is conveniently located with a free shuttle to Disney and a low-cost shuttle to Universal and Sea World. If you don't have a car you'll need an Uber or a taxi to get to the nearby...

Great place to stay

Everyone at this hotel was Awesome.. They went Out of there way to help you. Great for families. Rooms are big for a family of 5, with lots of extra room. Lots to do with the kids after getting back...
