“I stayed at this hotel with my wife and four kids during the last week of 2021. This hotel needs major maintenance. The first room had an extremely uncomfortable sofa bed as you could feel the springs of the mattress. In addition, the shower was in very poor conditions. After complaining the friendly staff changed my room but unfortunately the toilet was not flushing and we had maintenance come for three times to fix the toilet however on the fourth time the water spilled. We informed the front desk and requested full maintenance and deep cleaning. To our surprise when we came back at night the room was in the same condition we left it. Again, the polite staff took immediate action and apologized multiple times for the oversight. I would not recommend this hotel and I will never stay at any Hilton hotel because what happened is just unacceptable”

“For the most part we had a great time at the Embassy.The entire staff was all smiles and engaging, quick to empathize and when the occasion called for it to apologize for whatever situation they were presented with.The whole property was clean and very presentable from the entrance to the restaurant to the pool up to our room.There were a few cosmetic issues in the room that caught me by surprise, but that I would have expected from a lesser hotel/resort.The food and drinks from the bar and restaurant were great with the exception there were no condiments for the meats, but the meal as a whole was cooked to order perfectly.There was a hiccup with getting a few things delivered up to the room in a timely fashion but overall we had a great time at this resort and it is centrally located to many local hot spots so my wife and I do plan to make a return trip in the future.”
