Excelente hotel, condições muito boas das instalações e do quarto. Empregados muito simpáticos e prestáveis sempre dispostos a ajudar.Excelente localização com comboio e metro a 50 metros da entrada do hotel o que permite chegar ao centro em 15 minutos.Recomendo a estadia.

Belo hotel. Tudo novo, limpo e cheio de tecnologia. Um 4,5 estrelas brasileiro, fácil-fácil. Fica em frente a estação de metrô e a cerca de 100 metros do estádio do Ajax. Tem muita coisa perto (farmácia, banco, casa de câmbio). Os atendentes falam bom inglês e há opções de entretenimento infantil, lazer e fitness. Há também um belo café da manhã e carpete no chão dos quartos - o que favorece em pisar no chão descalço em dias frios. O único ponto a melhorar é a cama (que já é boa). Excelente lugar para se hospedar em Amsterdã.

Great hotel if you’re going to a concert nearby. Right off the metro and plenty of places in the area for food. The breakfast buffet is basic, but comes with the cost of the room so no complaints. Super friendly staff and the rooms are a good size.

Enfrente de la estación de metro y tren Bijlmer Arena, a tan sólo 15 min del centro de Ámsterdam . Personal muy amable y atento , Aunqueno sabían español ponían mucho interés en entendernos y todo fue muy fácil. Lo recomiendo al 100%

[stayed here several times between Aug and Dec 2022, single business traveler] The hotel is literally next to the train/metro/bus station, very close to the Amsterdam Arena and the very many office buildings in the area. Very personable staff, decent gym room, decent selection at the breakfast buffet, clean rooms, each room has an iron and board, decent Wi-Fi (and free of charge). All in all, very good value for money for the Amsterdam market. Recommended if you have business in the area.

The stay was comfortable. The service was good. I would have like more coffee options during breakfast or milk alternatives. It is quite accessible in terms of getting to the city centre.

A popular and busy hotel! Warm and friendly welcome. Attentive staff, particularly Daniel (manager), Sandra (kitchen staff) and Selina (desk staff). The Night Duty Manager (Daniel) was extremely nice and engaging. Unfortunately the bedroom heating was faulty and the room was very cold, outside the hotel was 1° and the room felt much the same. The desk staff listened to our concerns and provided us with extra duvets and a new room as soon as one became available. The stay was so good that we extended our stay the next night . The hotel is in the perfect location for getting around!!

Our second visit this year. It is so convenient for train and metro. Also it is comfortable, clean and very friendly. The staff are excellent and serve a lovely breakfast.

Great hotel just outside city center. 2 min walk from room to train station and 15-20 min ride to downtown Amsterdam. Rooms were decent size, breakfast was good, drinks and pizza as midnight snacks was an added bonus. Also several shops and restaurants right outside

This is an excellent hotel for its value and location. I have stayed here twice now and the rooms are nice and the train station is just across the street. The breakfast is the deal-breaker for 5 stars. There is a full breakfast with a wide variety of food to get you started for the day. I highly recommend staying here if you want a nice time in Amsterdam.

Quartos familiares extremamente espaçosos,bom pequeno almoço e boa relação qualidade-preço. Os 20 euros por dia para estacionamento são um pouco acima do preço na zona.

De los peores sitios en los que me he hospedado. No hay room service pero hay menú de pizzas, el problema es que dicen que ya no las preparan, aunque la carta de pizzas está en todss las plantas. Ignoran las llamadas a recepción o te piden esperar un momento que para ellos son 5 o 10 minutos.(Para responder a una pregunta por teléfono) El personal te ningunea e ignora tus peticiones una y otra vez. El desayuno es muy básico y las habitaciones muy pequeñas. Lo único bueno es la ubicación. No recomiendo a nadie dormir aquí.

Estuvimos tres noches en el hotel. La habitación era enorme y estaba muy limpia. El desayuno buffett nos pareció espectacular porque tenías de todo tipo de alimentos y todos muy ricos. Su ubicación es buena porque, aunque está alejado del centro de Ámsterdam, la estación Bjirne está justo al lado y desde allí puedes ir a todas partes e incluso enlazar con la estación central para ir a ver otras ciudades.Muy satisfecha de haber elegido este hotel. Tuvimos una buena estancia.

The stay was nice, twin room spacious and comfortable. 3 elevators. Hairdryer in the room. Kettle, coffee, no water. Affordable prices compared to city Centre. The M54 metro line which is a 1m walk away from the hotel takes you to the Centre in 20-25min.A little bit of disappointment because if you check in in the evening then it can mean that you have breakfast either 7:00 or 10:00 because breakfast needs pre-booking. The next day you have to book your next day’s breakfast hour and declare:/ Found no plug in the bathroom, had to use the dryer in the room, but maybe I missed sth.

La PEOR experiencia, nos robaron pertenencias de la habitación.La gerencia del hotel iba a "investigar" pero no tuvimos devolución por parte de ellos siendo que delante de nuestro cuarto hay una camara y ellos tienen registro de los ingresos en la habitación. En cuanto al trato hubo una gran falta de empatia, no volvería nunca más ni lo recomendaría. Nosotros viajamos en familia y ocupamos 2 habitaciones. Respecto al hotel en sí,las puertas de los baños no cierran, las habitaciones no tienen calefacción,y cuando solicitamos que arreglaran la calefacción nos dieron otro edredón bastante finito. Las almohadas son incómodas. Asimismo no tiene cafetera en la habitación ni heladerita. No se justifica el costo de la estadía. El único punto positivo es el desayuno

Em altura de covid, reduziram a equipa de limpeza não sendo possível limpeza diária dos quartos. Pequeno almoço tem de ser levantado na receção e comer no quarto deixando os tabuleiros no chão do corredor. Ainda no pequeno almoço, a meio da semana deixa de haver água para para os hospedes, mas caso se queira pagar mais 3,50€, ai já existe. Ponto positivo: vista do quarto para o estádio com otimo por do sol. Cama muito confortavel.

Tuve una pésima experiencia porque el recepcionista que me atendió fue muy descortés, me aventó la llave y cuando intenté preguntar sobre el turismo me dijo que no conocía. Realice la reservación por booking, algo que aparentemente no es apreciado por ellos porque cada vez que pedía algo me preguntaban, reservaste por booking? y al parecer de ser así "no tienes derecho a los mismos servicios que los demás", te hacen sentir literalmente el marginado de la familia (tienes horarios de desayuno diferentes, no respetan la habitación que pides, etc...). Por el contrario, las habitaciones son limpias, el desayuno rico y la ubicación frente al metro

Buena localización, buen desayuno, pero mal servicio de habitaciones respecto a la limpieza. Nos quedamos 7 noches y no limpiaron nuestra habitación ninguna vez. Al quejarnos de este aspecto, nos dicen que desde recepción no saben que habitaciones son las que se limpian y que la culpa es nuestra por no haberlo dicho. Este trato deja un poco que desear.
