The staff & service were stellar! I've stayed @ this particular location multiple times & have always had a pleasant experience. The cooks are amazing too. It's also not far from The Domain as well as The Arboretum.

O gerente geral assistente Lisset e a vendedora (não entendi o nome dela) eram namorados absolutos! Tão alegre e cheio de energia que eles realmente nos fizeram sentir bem-vindos à área de Austin. Estacionamento era bom, sem problemas, e os quartos eram muito confortáveis.As pessoas que estão acostumadas com os Hiltons mais luxuosos podem ficar um pouco decepcionadas apenas com a estética dos quartos. Para nós, eles são muito distantes da qualidade pobre ou mesmo decente. A essência é, as camas eram muito confortáveis, a unidade de CA é sólida, as portas são seguras e quarto muito limpo. Recomendo vivamente esta localização se for a sua primeira visita a Austin ou apenas quiser um hotel com bons preços nas proximidades de restaurantes fantásticos e ótimas pessoas!

Primeiro, deixe-me começar dizendo que sempre gostei da minha estadia aqui. No entanto, a noite passada foi horrível. 1-17-21. Foi a cama mais desconfortável em que já dormi. O lençol não ficava no colchão. A capa do colchão era um rei em uma cama de casal. Seus travesseiros precisam ser substituídos. Vivemos na área e apenas gostamos de uma escapadela. Até agora, este era o lugar perfeito. Saímos por volta das 6:30. Eu estava exausto .. Não são os padrões a que estamos acostumados em seus hotéis.

Mi familia y yo saldremos mañana, pero quería dejar una reseña ya que hemos tenido una gran experiencia. La vida de COVID es estresante para todos, ¡pero el personal aquí es excelente! Nos registramos el 2/8 y el amable equipo de recepción nos recibió de inmediato. Era tarde y nos llevaron a nuestra habitación rápidamente. La habitación es excelente y exactamente el espacio que necesitábamos para mí, mi esposo y nuestro hijo de 4 años. La mañana siguiente fuimos recibidos por miembros más amables del personal cuando bajamos a desayunar. La comida es deliciosa y el vestíbulo es un área espaciosa para sentarse sin estar demasiado cerca de otros huéspedes. Mi hija y yo también disfrutamos de la piscina cubierta y toallas extra para tomar de la recepción. En general, me volvería a alojar aquí de nuevo. El equipo es muy amable y acogedor, el desayuno es realmente bueno, la habitación era perfecta para nosotros y todo estaba muy limpio también. ¡Definitivamente volveremos en nuestra próxima visita a Austin!

Minha família e eu faremos o check-out amanhã, mas eu queria deixar um comentário, pois tivemos uma ótima experiência. A vida da COVID é estressante para todos, mas a equipe aqui é ótima! Fizemos o check-in no dia 8/2 e fomos imediatamente recebidos pela simpática equipe da recepção. Já era tarde e eles nos levaram para o nosso quarto rapidamente. O quarto é ótimo e exatamente o espaço que precisávamos para mim, meu marido e nosso filho de 4 anos. Na manhã seguinte, fomos recebidos por membros mais amigáveis da equipe quando descemos para o café da manhã. A comida é deliciosa e o lobby é uma área espaçosa para se sentar, sem estar muito perto dos outros hóspedes. Minha filha e eu também gostamos da piscina coberta e toalhas extras para pegar na recepção. Em geral, eu absolutamente ficaríamos aqui novamente. A equipa é muito simpática e acolhedora, o pequeno-almoço é muito bom, o quarto era perfeito para nós e tudo tão limpo também! Sem dúvida vamos estar de volta em nossa próxima visita a Austin!

The Assistant General Manager Lisset and the Sales Woman (Didn't catch her name) were absolute sweethearts! So bubbly and full of energy they really made us feel welcomed to the Austin area. Parking was fine, no issues, and the rooms were very accommodating.People who are used to the more luxurious Hiltons may be somewhat disappointed by aesthetics of the rooms only. For us they are a far FAR cry from poor or even decent quality. Gist is, beds were very comfortable, AC unit is solid, doors are secure and room very clean. HIGHLY recommend this location if it's your first visit to Austin or just want a well priced Hotel nearby fantastic restaurants and great people!

My family and I will be checking out tomorrow but I wanted to leave a review since we have had such a great experience. COVID life is stressful for everyone but the staff here is great! We checked in on 2/8 and we’re immediately greeted by the friendly front desk team. It was late and they got us into our room quickly. The room is great and exactly the space we needed for myself, my husband, and our 4yo kiddo. The next morning we were greeted by more friendly staff members when we went down for breakfast. The food is delicious and the lobby is a spacious area to sit without being too close to other guests. My daughter and I also enjoyed the indoor pool and extra towels to grab from the front desk. Overall I would absolutely stay here again. The team is so friendly and welcoming, the breakfast is really good, the room was perfect for us, and everything was so clean too! We will definitely be back on our next visit to Austin!

First let me start by saying I have aways enjoyed my stay here. However last night was awful. 1-17-21. It was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. The sheet wouldn't stay on the mattress. The mattress cover was a king on a full size bed. Your pillows need replacing. We live in the area and just enjoy a get away. Up until now this was the perfect place. We checked out by 6:30. I was exhausted.. These are not the standards that we are accustomed to at your hotels.

Nora fez a diferença. Não costumo deixar comentários, mas queria deixar claro o quanto fomos tratados por esse indivíduo. Não havia nada de especial nos quartos, eles eram limpos e bons, mas durante uma época em que o bom atendimento ao cliente podia ser deixado de lado devido a uma pandemia, eu realmente senti que ela se importava. Nós estávamos aqui originalmente por 2 noites encontrando alguns amigos no meio do caminho, mas quando a neve bateu, decidimos ficar mais uma noite. Fui até a recepção e resolvi o problema. Achei que minha taxa deveria ser diferente, mas descobrimos que era meu próprio erro. Mesmo depois disso, ela ainda se ofereceu para nos atualizar para que meu filho de 2 anos pudesse ter sua própria cama! Mesmo usando uma máscara, eu poderia dizer que ela estava sorrindo e feliz por estar lá. Cada interação com ela foi agradável e indolor! Eu trabalhei em atendimento ao cliente por 15 anos e espero um bom serviço onde quer que eu vá, e Nora e este HGI em particular entregaram! Obrigado!

Nora made the difference. I don’t often leave reviews but wanted to make it known how well we were treated by this individual. There wasn’t anything special about the rooms, they were clean and fine, but during a time when good customer service could be left aside due to a pandemic, I genuinely felt like she cared. We were here originally for 2 nights meeting some friends halfway, but when the snow hit we decided to stay another night. I went to the front desk and worked it out. I thought my rate should have been different but we figured out it was my own error. Even after that, she still offered to upgrade us so my 2 year old could have her own bed! Even wearing a mask I could tell she was smiling and happy to be there. Every interaction with her was pleasant painless! I’ve worked in customer service for 15 years and come to expect good service wherever I go, and Nora & this particular HGI delivered! Thank you!

Disfrutamos de nuestra estancia, ya que es tranquilo, personal muy amable y limpio en todo el edificio. El personal de recepción es útil cuando se le pide consejo, recomendaciones, etc. La ubicación es excelente, ya que no está lejos de nada, pero lejos de la congestión. La calificación de tres estrellas es engañosa porque planeamos quedarnos aquí nuevamente. Un hotel debe ir más allá para ganar más de tres estrellas. Dicho esto, sería genial ver a Hilton acomodar a sus huéspedes con desayuno de cortesía en lugar de seguir la tendencia de otros hoteles similares. ¡Dirige el camino, Hilton!

Nós apreciamos a nossa estadia como é tranquilo, muito simpática e limpa em toda a premissa. A equipe da frente é útil quando solicitado conselhos, recomendações etc. A localização é excelente, não é muito longe de tudo, mas longe do congestionamento. A classificação de três estrelas é enganar porque pretendemos ficar aqui novamente. Um hotel deve ir acima e além para ganhar mais de três estrelas. Dito isto, seria ótimo para ver o Hilton acomodar os seus hóspedes com café da manhã de cortesia em vez de seguir a tendência como outros hotéis semelhantes. Conduza o caminho Hilton!

The staff here are wonderful. I enjoyed the indoor pool. Please note that the hot tub is no longer available.Clean rooms, adjacent to several restaurants.I would stay here again. It was a great choice.

We enjoyed our stay as it is quiet, very friendly staff, and clean throughout the premise.The front staff is helpful when asked for advice, recommendations etc.The location is great as it is not far from anything but away from the congestion.The three stars rating is deceiving because we plan to stay here again.A hotel must go above and beyond to earn more than three stars.That being said, it would be great to see Hilton accommodate its guests with complimentary breakfast instead of following the trend as other similar hotels.Lead the way Hilton!
