“Good location! Nice hotel! Alexis at the front desk in the evenings was extremely accommodating, and did everything to assist us. Had some minor issues with our HVAC system in our room, but Danielle did the right thing for us. Overall, a great visit! We will be back!”

“The stay was excellent. They were great in the time of hardship and stress. They were very helpful in the time of storm. I would never trade this hotel for any other in the buffalo region. Even if there is a cheaper hotel I'll come to the Hilton Garden Inn downtown Buffalo before any other. They are truly a great member of staff. Thank you all so much for what you have done for the community during the blizzard from Dec 23 to Dec 28. You all did a remarkable job on all shifts. Keep up the good work. See you all in July for July 4th and maybe before hand”
