“Had a bad experience with the staff. My dad forgot a sentimental item in the room and was upset called like an hour later and asked if they can bring it to the front desk so that we could swing by and pick it up and they looked and said it wasn’t there. You would think they would report any thing left behind but I guess you can’t trust everyone to be honest. Very disappointed.”
