“Hotel Room was filthy. There were nuts and pretzels on the floor all over the room, not to mention that the lounge chair in the room looked to be about 20 years old with stains. Had to be moved to another room because of all the construction noise. TV was out for about 4 hours after we checked in. Both pools were closed which would have been nice to know before checking in. Staff was very nice, but this hotel definitely needs to be updated and cleaned. Will never stay again”

“Unfortunately the hotel is undergoing renovations due to a buyout. Employees are working with a skeletal crew, many are working two positions in house. Had to change rooms once due to plumbing problem which left me to question my safety drinking the water or ice from the ice machines. Was surprised to see the room did not have a microwave or refrigerator. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The staff were very professional and kind.”
