Hotel Room was filthy. There were nuts and pretzels on the floor all over the room, not to mention that the lounge chair in the room looked to be about 20 years old with stains. Had to be moved to another room because of all the construction noise. TV was out for about 4 hours after we checked in. Both pools were closed which would have been nice to know before checking in. Staff was very nice, but this hotel definitely needs to be updated and cleaned. Will never stay again

I want a name your own price bid on Priceline for this hotel for $60 a night. My mother and I stayed one night and it was a great experience. The room is well-appointed, the beds have very comfortable linens on them, and the bed itself is very comfortable with a thick pillow top. The shower is amazing! I also took away one star because we were not able to use any of the atrium area grounds.

Unfortunately the hotel is undergoing renovations due to a buyout. Employees are working with a skeletal crew, many are working two positions in house. Had to change rooms once due to plumbing problem which left me to question my safety drinking the water or ice from the ice machines. Was surprised to see the room did not have a microwave or refrigerator. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The staff were very professional and kind.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, some things were a bit dated. The pool was enjoyable, but the water looked a bit cloudy like it needed to be cleaned. That being said, make sure you were given a breakfast voucher for the "free" breakfast. They list free breakfast on their Amenities tab of the Tower's website, but it's only free for some guests. We waltzed up into breakfast assuming it was complimentary and ended up paying 22 dollars for a meal that was definitely not worth it. It was a bit disappointing and we should have been notified of this at the front desk.

I came here for an audition. The decor of the hotel was very nice and comfy. The ballrooms were spacious and clean. The bar at the front of the hotel was closed in the late afternoon, so I can't give any feedback on that or the hotel rooms as I didn't stay overnight. Parking was plentiful and there are plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby.

Everything was lovely once we found the hotel. The building doesn't have a sign on it. They're remodeling and transitioning from a previous franchise. But the room was fabulous. Very nice facility...
