“Best place to stay in Bogotá! Everything is great, but what makes this place amazing is the people who work here. The staff take into account all my preferences and are always happy to help. They give me suggestions of places to go, remember I am a vegetarian and help me with anything they can. Besides they are always super helpful and lovely to talk to! “My wife and I stayed four nights through the American Express Fine Hotels and Resorts program and could not have been happier. The entire staff was friendly and oh so accommodating. The room was clean and very well appointed. The restaurant provided an excellent and very fair priced breakfast which we enjoyed daily. Had to leave for the airport before the restaurant opened on our last day but the front desk happily had great breakfast boxes waiting for us upon checkout. Bogota is a great city with many options for hotels but we'll gladly frequent the W now every time we're in town!”
