“We booked a Marvelous Suite for 2 nights. The staff at the front desk were fantastic! Very professional and helpful. The rooms themselves were fine and bed was comfortable. The only issue was that we were informed on the second day that there was to be an overnight electricity cut and that there would be no power in the hotel from 11pm to 6am. We had an early departure for the airport so no electricity was going to be a problem so we had to change hotels for our last night. We would have liked it if they could have told us in advance as this really disrupted our visit to Bogotá and we ended up going to the airport the evening before.”

“I wanted to try something else this in Bogota and booked the W for three nights. Everything was quite ok until the checkout that was shambolic. Somehow the rate had increased 10% from the time the booking was made (day or two before checking in) and check out. Two out of three checks that were added to the folio were incorrect. Both of these issues were fixed. It is now month of the stay and the hotel still has failed to post it to my Marriott Bonvoy account. Unbelievable level of incompetence.”
