“Soooo this is going to be a VERY unorthodox review. The staff here is AMAZING! Literally amazing! They’re very energetic, fast, fun, and friendly. The location is perfect. A nice 3 mile loop around the city and you’ve seen it all from this hotel…. But the rooms are not clean at ALL. This hotel is our companies preferred location, hence why I stay here for either events or conferences. The past few times it’s been hit or miss, but room 512 is a “swing and miss” to put it nicely. Please see photos. Black Mold in the bathroom, Pink mold in the bathroom, molded ceiling “water leak”, cracking ceiling, hair literally stuck to ceiling (literally), lord knows what on the door, the shower faucet was literally over flowing with water like it’s been hit by a bus…. Sorry Hilton/DoubleTree for the review. I just had to be honest.”

“We stayed here because it was the closest hotel to the Fillmore and we were seeing a concert. We worked with Ron at the front desk, and he was very professional and helped us get into a room before our show so we could enjoy Charlotte. Room was very clean. We stayed in a king size room and the bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet so we got a good night sleep. Check out was easy. Would stay again.”
