Nice hotel limpo com uma gestão amigável. Mas há um grande problema. Duas janelas enormes onde as cortinas só iam até a metade. O resto foi visto através de tesouras. Luzes da rua a noite toda, sol ao raiar da madrugada e as pessoas podiam me ver facilmente no meu quarto à noite. (sem privacidade) E sim, com certeza, as cortinas não poderiam estar mais fechadas. E seus rastros foram apenas pela metade.

Bonito hotel limpio con una gestión amable. Pero un gran problema. Dos enormes ventanales donde las cortinas solo llegaban a la mitad. El resto se ve a través de visillos. Luces de la calle toda la noche, sol al amanecer y la gente podía verme fácilmente en mi habitación por la noche. (sin privacidad) Y sí, seguro, las cortinas no se podrían haber corrido más. Y sus huellas se fueron a mitad de camino.

Nice clean hotel with friendly management. But one huge problem. Two huge windows where the curtains only went half way across. The rest were see through sheers. Street lights all night, sun at the crack of dawn and people could easily see me in my room at night. (no privacy) And yes, for sure, the curtains could not have been pulled over more. And their tracks just went half way.

A equipe mais amigável e trabalhadora de qualquer hotel em que já me hospedei. Não importa o que eu pedisse, um dos funcionários entrou e cuidou de mim e de minha família. Se cada hotel tivesse essa equipe, talvez eu realmente gostasse de viajar novamente.

Friendliest, hardest working staff of any hotel I've ever stayed. No matter what I asked for, one of the staff jumped in and took care of me and my family. If every hotel had this team, I might actually enjoy travelling again.

Eu não estava lá Eu estava no estacionamento do hotel ao lado dele aparentemente estressado e o homem da manutenção percebeu, então ele me perguntou qual era o meu problema, eu disse a ele que não conheço a área e preciso buscar alguns pessoas no meu ônibus no início da manhã, então ele tentou muito me ajudar a encontrar o meu caminho com meu GPS e não conseguimos encontrar, então ele me disse para tentar a senhora da recepção ... muito simpática senhora ela saiu dela maneira de tentar me ajudar a encontrar este local, embora eu não seja um clienteSó sei que gostaria de ter ficado neste hotel, embora aquele ali seja bom, este parece melhor, mas a equipe me impressionou com sua super simpatiaEu realmente aprecio os dois. Outra joia da coroa da rede Hampton Inn. Não sei o que é, mas parece que esta marca é dirigida por gerentes e funcionários que QUEREM que as pessoas venham e fiquem um pouco. Meu check-in foi rápido e amigável. O quarto era muito limpo e convidativo. Todos os aparelhos funcionaram sem me estressar. A localização tranquila nos deixou um sono de boa noite.Na manhã seguinte, houve um café da manhã, não apenas cereais secos e maçãs, mas waffles frescos e quentes de verdade. Embora houvesse uma folha de inscrição, a piscina estava ABERTA. Este local deve dar aulas sobre como permanecer sensivelmente aberto nestes tempos. E para coroar nosso tempo lá, o recepcionista mais simpático, chamado Matt, nos deixou com votos de boa sorte pelo resto do dia. Que ato de classe.

Otra joya de la corona de la cadena Hampton Inn. No sé qué es, pero parece que esta marca está dirigida por gerentes y personal que realmente QUIEREN que la gente venga y se quede un rato. Mi registro fue rápido y amigable. La habitación estaba muy limpia y era acogedora. Todos los dispositivos funcionaron sin estresarme. La ubicación tranquila nos dejó un sueño reparador.A la mañana siguiente HUBO UN DESAYUNO, no solo cereales secos y manzanas, sino gofres frescos y calientes. Aunque había una hoja de inscripción, la piscina estaba ABIERTA. Esta ubicación debería enseñar clases sobre cómo permanecer sensiblemente abierto en estos tiempos. Y para rematar nuestro tiempo allí, el recepcionista más simpático llamado Matt nos dejó con buenos deseos para el resto de nuestro día. Qué acto de clase.

I was not there I was in the parking lot at the hotel next to it stressed out apparently and the maintenance man noticed it so he asked me what was my problem I told him I don't know the area and I need to pick up some people in my bus early in the morning so he tried hard to help me find my way with my GPS and we couldn't find it so he told me to try the lady at the desk ... real nice lady she went out of her way to try to help me find this spot even though I'm not a customerAll I know is I wish I stayed at this hotel even though the one over there is nice this one looks nicer but the staff just impressed me with their super friendlinessI really appreciate the both of them I got it straight Amber and Rob just fantastic people and I'm straight now

Another jewel in the crown of the Hampton Inn chain. I don't know what it is, but it seems like this brand is run by managers and staff that actually WANT people to come on down and stay awhile. My check-in was fast and friendly. The room was very clean and inviting. All the gadgets worked without stressing me out. Quiet location left us a goodnight's sleep. Next morning THERE WAS A BREAKFAST, not just dried cereal and apples, but actual hot, fresh waffles. Although there was a sign up sheet, the pool was OPEN. This location should teach classes in how to remain sensibly open in these times. And to cap off our time there, the most congenial front desk clerk named Matt left us with well wishes for the rest of our day. What a class act.

I've been to other branches of Hampton Inn and suites, most of my stay were good. I was a little bit disappointed with this one in Norfolk, Va. Expectation was not met. Served hard frozen eggs for breakfast, need to go out of the hotel to find food for lunch and dinner. Room was not cleaned unless requested (we were not informed about this). One lady in the reception (night dury) didn't even greeted us back. (Take note, i greeted her!) I will not recommend to my family and friends to book at this hotel.

Hampton Inn was a lifesaver for us last weekend. We were in the area for an AAU basketball tournament at the Virginia Beach Sports Center. We had reservations at an oceanfront hotel in Virginia Beach. When we checked in the room was dirty and we couldn't be moved to another room. Luckily, we were able find a room about 20 minutes away at Hampton Inn -Norfolk Airport. We checked out of the original hotel at about 2:00 a.m. and drove to the Hampton. We were immediately greeted with a friendly, professional clerk. Our room was clean and comfortable. We have always been satisfied with Hilton Brand hotels. Special thanks to the overnight desk clerk that listed to our horror story from the other hotel and made us feel welcome and safe at Hampton Inn and Suites- Norfol Airport.

Este foi um hotel muito agradável! Especialmente pelo preço. Os quartos foram bem limpos e, em seguida, o banheiro foi bem abastecido com sabonetes de marca. A única coisa que eu tive que reclamar foi o barulho da estrada incrível. Durante toda a noite eu lutei para dormir por causa do quão alto estava. Em segundo lugar, o café da manhã era meio fraco em comparação com outros hotéis em que eu fiquei, e muitos dos itens não estavam em estoque que deveriam estar lá.

Este fue un hotel muy agradable! Especialmente por el precio. Las habitaciones se limpiaron bien y luego el baño estaba bien abastecido con jabones de marca. De lo único que tenía que quejarme era del increíble ruido de la carretera. Toda la noche luché para dormir por lo fuerte que era. En segundo lugar, el desayuno era un poco débil en comparación con otros Hilton en los que me he alojado, y muchos de los artículos no estaban almacenados en el evento que se suponía que estaban allí.

This was a very nice hotel! Especially for the price. The rooms were cleaned well and then bathroom was stocked well with name brand soaps. The only thing I had to complain about was the incredible road noise. All night I struggled sleeping because of how loud it was. Secondly, the breakfast was kinda weak in comparison to other Hilton’s I’ve stayed at, and a lot of the items weren’t event stocked that were supposed to be there.
