“We usually stay @ a Hampton Inn for all of our trips & have had good experiences. Close to the Coronado Mall where we caught a bus @ 4:30 a.m. to the Balloon Festival during the first weekend of the event. Also easy access to the interstate. Provided complimentary water. We were there when about 4 tour buses were also there which meant was no room to sit & eat breakfast. We went around the corner to the computer terminals & ate. ”

“Hotel is great. After being on the road for 13hrs we checked in after 12am Our check in agent didnt greet us and made no eye contact entire time. We felt a little unwelcomed. front desk need more training if that helps.”
