“This hotel has good public transit links and is in a prime location. The lobby is also very grandeur and the staff are very good. The rooms feel a bit outdated and could use a makeover.”

“My all time favourite hotel in Toronto. Fantastic location just steps away from subway, streetcar, Eaton Centre, city hall, downtown, and the Four Seasons performing arts centre. Great access to the underground PATH system (very useful in winter). The lobby had a wonderful original 1970s aesthetic before it was renovated, but the new one is still pretty decent. Staff are very helpful and service is quick. Rooms are a little dated but if you get a north-facing one, the view is incredible! Housekeeping is okay but could be a little better. Decent restaurant but if you can, get access to the lounge because the food there is free and easily better. The pool is located in the middle of the hotel and is a hybrid indoor/outdoor one. It's heated in the winter and there's also a hot tub. Cute little garden with trees and a waterfall in the middle as well, viewable from the lobby. Great value for money here, but expect to pay a premium. Highly recommend!!”
