I was placed in the wrong type of room and was told I couldnt switch. Room 214 a bed smelled like urine and they still didn't switch my room just gave me extra blankets and so i could sleep in the floor. Still haven't received refund.

Location It said they had a spa but there was no spa at this hotel. They even had a sign up so I think others have been mislead too.

Our room was absolutely wonderful! It was spacious, the beds were extremely comfortable, and it was sparkling clean. We loved that parking was free and guarded, and that there was no additional pet fee for our cat. We even had a view of the Arch!

Neat hotel. Liked the bathroom and big windows. Great location. Very clean. The staff at check in terribly rude to me & guest in front of me. I was told no room service and nothing of breakfast :( I got in my room & found it wasnt what I selected/paid for. upon checkout heard guest in front of me had same issue. Nothing was done.

The location of this hotel was excellent. It was blocks away from the ballpark and it was walking distance to all the other downtown St Louis sites. At the time of my visit the hotel was not offering valet parking service not were they offering room service.

The hotel was in a great location! It's right next to Busch stadium and within walking distance to the gateway arch/park and restaurants. The whole floor was musty and smelled of cigarette smoke. We hoped the room would be different, but unfortunately it wasn't, the whole room reeked of smoke. The carpets were in desperate need of being replaced too, I didn't even want to walk

Great location. Room was fabulous. Enjoyed how the bathroom had a walk in shower as well as a bath tub. It got really hot at night even with the A/C at 60 degrees. Also the laundry staff left a huge bag of dirty towels and sheets in the hall from 6pm til we checked out at noon the next day.

Next to cardinals stadium. First they do not disclose hotel parking is 35$ a day, they tell you to park so they can add amount later. Had to beg them 3times for feather free room The room looked like it was not cleaned. Bathroom was dirty despite Covid19 pandemic. no trash pckup

Staff was nice. My hotel room was not at clean or keep up at I wanted. My bed went up make for two days. When it was made finally pillows were not put back o. Bed. The bathroom was not cleaned and floor was not vacuumed.
