Limpo, com check-in amigável. Ótima segurança, pois você precisa de um cartão para acessar o elevador. Perto do shopping, e um Starbucks. Bom café da manhã com atendimento rápido. 4 estrelas porque pedi arrumação no meio da estadia e não recebi.

Clean, with friendly check in. Great security as you need a card to access the elevator. Close to the mall, and a Starbucks. Good breakfast with fast service. 4 stars because I asked for housekeeping in the middle of the stay and did not receive it.

Viajar para viver. Não poderia ter ficado mais impressionado com todos os aspectos da experiência que este hotel ofereceu. É uma propriedade Hilton lindamente projetada, vibrante e contemporânea. Desde a saudação no check-in, o atendimento, a comida, os banheiros do 1º andar, os quartos, a limpeza. Nenhum membro da equipe parecia apressado, odiando a vida, agindo como se estivesse nos fazendo um favor por estar lá. Na verdade, foi bem o contrário. Raramente deixo comentários, no entanto, eles merecem o elogio. Absolutamente primeira classe!

Esta foi a nossa primeira vez neste hotel, estamos ajudando nossos membros, mas a primeira vez neste hotel na Carolina do Norte. O quarto era lindo, era limpo, a equipe foi tão útil Aakif e Aziah foram incríveis. Nós nos sentimos seguros nos estacionamentos, eles estavam bem iluminados, foi apenas uma ótima estadia geral. .

Muy bien el lugar nuestra experiencia fue muy buena ,el detalle porque no doy 5 estrellas es la siguiente: Nuestro plan era de relajación y descanso, murió nuestra perrita de 12 años y fuimos a raleigh a los servicios de cremacion y aprovechando estar ahí que Nuestro hijo se calmara por lo sucedido, todo iva muy bien hasta que llegaron un grupo de 4 o 5 adultos con muchos niños y adolescentes festejando una fiesta, no todos eran huéspedes, lo escuche por ellos, estaban en la alberca salían y entraban corriendo sin supervicion de nadie parecía un chuck e Cheese no un hotel de 5 estrellas, los elevadores con basura inapropiada y hasta un cigarrillo de mariguana encontramos, y si voy a culpar al hotel por falta de supervicion a los huéspedes, los pasillos y la alberca, si lo recomiendo porque el bar y restaurante son muy buenos el personal muy atentos y la comida nos gustó mucho, nuestra estadía fue muy grata ,solo porque hubo tormentas y mucha lluvia no salimos y vimos el espectáculo que se hizo justo en nuestra primera visita al hotel, ese es el único detalle. GRACIAS POR SU ATENCIÓN.

This was our 1st time at this hotel we are helping on our members but 1st time at this hotel in North Carolina.The room was beautiful it was clean the staff was so helpful Aakif andAziah were amazing. We felt safe in the parking lots they were well lit it was just an overall great stay.. Only thing I wished for was an outside pool but we can't have everything It was still an amazing stay we would definitely recommend it and go again

Travel for a living. Could not have been more impressed with every single aspect of experience this hotel offered. It’s a beautifully-designed Hilton property, vibrant and contemporary. From the greeting at check-in, the service, the food, the restrooms on the 1st floor, the rooms, cleanliness. Not one single staff member seemed rushed, hating life, acting like they were doing us a favor by being there. In fact, it was quite the opposite. I rarely leave reviews, however they deserve the praise. Absolutely first class!

Boa estadia. Sem queixas. Check-in fácil e agradável. Eles têm um bar e um pouco de comida de bar à noite. Piscina. Academia. Escritório de negócios. Quartos limpos e confortáveis. Não sou fã de colchões e travesseiros macios. Gosto mais firme para dores crônicas mas isso não tem nada a ver com o hotel. Grande pressão da água no chuveiro. Perto de vários lugares para ir. Gostei da estadia.

Nice stay. No complaints. Check in easy & pleasant. They have a bar and some bar food in the evening. Pool. Gym. Business office. Rooms clean comfortable. I am not a fan if soft mattresses and pillows. I like more firm for chronic pain but that has nothing to do with the hotel. Great water pressure in shower. Close to several places to go. Enjoyed stay.

Eu não recomendaria este hotel. Eu escolhi este hotel porque eu tinha ficado no Embassy Suites em Fayetteville, NC e foi lindo. Os agentes da recepção foram tão doces e a estadia foi ótima. No entanto, este hotel foi quase o oposto completo. Liguei e disse que faria o check-in tarde e eles me disseram que estava tudo bem. Quando cheguei não tinha recebido o quarto que reservei, reservei um rei e entrei em duas rainhas. Era eu e o aniversário de 7 anos do meu marido e só queríamos uma boa estadia. As camas queen size o tornaram menos romântico e o agente da recepção não informou sobre a mudança. Quando eu mencionei isso, bem como o fato de que ela só me deu um passe de cortesia, sua resposta foi "Eu pensei que você só tinha uma pessoa na sua reserva", você olhou? Eu me pergunto. Quando ela chamou o gerente, ele basicamente olhou para a tela dizendo que não havia nada que pudesse ser feito. Ele então perguntou se eu queria apenas sair, que a essa altura são cerca de 3 da manhã. Na minha opinião, essa não foi uma maneira de acomodar uma situação em que você está em falta. No dia seguinte as coisas melhoraram porque o supervisor do turno da manhã era muito mais gentil. No entanto, foi muito inconveniente ter que mudar de um quarto para outro. Além disso, uma vez que nos mudamos havia uma barata no nosso quarto! Absolutamente nojento. Quando mencionei isso quando estávamos saindo, me disseram que eles fazem o possível para pulverizar. Eu também não me senti acomodado nessa situação. No geral, não gostei da minha experiência neste hotel e nunca mais reservarei aqui. A única razão pela qual dei 2 estrelas é porque a área do lobby do hotel é decente.

O quarto era muito caro no fim de semana que eu tinha que ficar, então fiquei desapontado que era quase $ 200 mais barato no próximo fim de semana. O hotel em si era bom e o quarto era limpo; mas, as paredes são finas como papel. Meu vizinho estava roncando e ele poderia muito bem estar dormindo no mesmo quarto que eu podia ouvir tão claramente. Se você quiser fugir para ter uma boa noite de sono, eu não sugeriria este local.

Gostei deste hotel. Muito limpo. Dois rapazes na recepção foram muito acolhedores. O único problema que tive foi um cachorro latindo constantemente no chão acima de mim. Eu trouxe isso para a atenção do representante convidado. Além disso, por volta das 21h15, fui pedir comida no bar e fui ignorado por 5 minutos. Isso é antes e depois de pedir um menu e depois sentar. Os dois servidores me ignoraram. Eles passaram a servir outra pessoa e assistir a um jogo de basquete e conversar com outros convidados.Caso contrário, eu amo este hotel. 😀

I would not recommend this hotel. I chose this hotel because I had stayed at the embassy suites in Fayetteville, NC and it was beautiful. The front desk agents were so sweet and the stay felt great. However, this hotel was almost the complete opposite. I called and said I would check in late and they told me it was fine. When I arrived I had not received the room I booked, I booked a king and walked into two queens. It was me and my husband’s 7 year anniversary and we just wanted a nice staycation. The queen beds made it less romantic and the front desk agent didn’t do any informing of the change. When I mentioned it as well as the fact that she only gave me one complimentary pass her response was “I thought you only had one person on your reservation” did you even look? I wonder. When she got the manager he basically stared at the screen saying there was nothing that could be done. He then asked if I wanted to just leave which by this point it’s about 3am. In my opinion that was not a way to accommodate a situation when you are in fault. The next day things got better because the morning shift supervisor was a lot sweeter. However, it was very much an inconvenience having to move from one room to another. Also, once we moved there was a cockroach in our room! Absolutely disgusting. When I mentioned it when we were leaving I was told they do their best to spray. I didn’t feel accommodated in that situation as well. Overall I didn’t enjoy my experience at this hotel and will never book here again. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the lobby area of the hotel is decent.

Enjoyed this hotel. Very clean. Two guys at the front desk were very welcoming. Only issue I had was a dog constantly barking on the floor above me. I did bring it to the guest representative attention. Also, at about 9:15pm I went to go order food at the bar and I was ignored for 5mins. This is before and after asking for a menu and then taking a seat. The two servers ignored me. They proceeded to serve someone else and watch a basketball game and have a conversation with other guest. Otherwise I love this hotel. 😀

The room was very pricey the weekend I had to stay, so I was disappointed it was almost $200 cheaper the next weekend. The hotel itself was nice and the room was clean; but, the walls are paper thin. My neighbor was snoring and he might as well have been sleeping in the same room I could hear it so clearly. If you want to get away to get a good nights sleep I wouldn’t suggest this location.

Adoramos o hotel em geral. Equipe fantástica, mas tivemos uma experiência hostil com um dos membros da equipe no restaurante (não é o nosso costume com o qual tivemos experiência) meu marido acidentalmente derramou um pouco de café e o membro da equipe lhe entregou a toalha e então meu marido queria comer no pátio, mas ainda não tinha recebido sua comida e informou o membro da equipe que ele estava indo para o pátio e o membro da equipe nunca informou meu marido que sua comida estava pronta, ele apenas a deixou na janela. Benjamin, por outro lado, vai além para seus clientes. Melhor experiência com ele. O café da manhã aqui não é gratuito, então para minha comida de maridos apenas sentar lá e esfriar e ficar duro é um mau serviço em nossa opinião.

Love the hotel overall. Fantastic staff, but we did have a unfriendly experience with one of the staff members in the restaurant (not our usual that we have had experience with) my husband accidentally spilled some coffee and the staff member handed him the towel and then my husband wanted to eat on the patio but hadn’t received his food yet and informed the staff member that he was going to the patio and the staff member never informed my husband that his food was up he just left it sitting in the window. Benjamin on the other hand goes over and beyond for his customers. Best experience with him. Breakfast here is not free so for my husbands food to just sit there and get cold and hard is poor service in our opinion.
