Awesome hotel. Good sized rooms. The in room fridge & microwave were nice. The bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows were not flat (a problem a lot of hotels seem to have). The free breakfast was fantastic...made to order omelets, pancakes, potatoes...yum! My only complaints are the TV in the bedroom...the guide didn't match up with the channels that were actually on (more of an annoyance & the TV in the seating area was fine), but the other complaint is the AC was SO LOUD. It rattled & woke me up at 3 am & I couldn't go back to sleep until I remembered the bedroom had a door. Closing the door helped a lot. Would stay here again.

The folks that work here are extremely nice. We really appreciated their assistance and service. Room was tidy. Not many amenities, but worked for the one night we stayed. There's a few really good places to shop/eat within walking distance. Whole Foods was the best place for the area and accommodates many dietary needs.

I would have given 5 stars, but we had problems w our keys. Got in our room initially, then the key did not work the 2nd time. Went downstairs & got new keys on our way out to a concert. We returned late that evening and our keys did not work again. It's after midnight & we need to go downstairs again, 9 floors. They tell us the door lock battery is dead. Help is there quickly & installs new batteries, however, we are getting to bed after 1:00 now. Luckily we finished our experience with a good breakfast the next morning. As Diamond members, we are appreciative of good accommodations and experiences.

A great hotel to stay when you're here for a week or longer. They have breakfast and evening snacks, drinks as well. There are a few amenities like a swimming pool and business center. The laundry room has a couple of washers and dryers. The layout of the suite is such that the living area barely receives any light. Since I was working remote and from the hotel suite I ended up in the bedroom the whole day. Better layout would help the guests utilize the suite completely.

The rooms are beautiful and well laid out. The issue is that they're very loud! No matter which said of the hotel you're on or how high, the highways make it very noisy. The staff are great and very helpful. The breakfast was really good and not just for hotel food, but compared to actual breakfast places. Good place but know that highway noise may affect you if you're sensitive to that while you sleep.
