“We stayed at this property a long time ago - when it was a Holiday Inn, perhaps? Such a Great location. Be certain to inquire about garage parking rates. You will thank me. Our room was lovely -petite - well appointed. Housekeeping forgot us - however, new towels were delivered promptly. The Lobby Bar is located in the back - away from the maddening crowd...very nice. No Room Service - we ordered very mediocre Chinese food - listed as "best" in the area. Not. They did deliver...that was the best part of the meal. Albert the Bellman was so cordial, attentive and smart. We had a dead battery in the garage...he was a great help. Sterling. As mentioned, lines for the elevator can be long. Very long. Masks required. Be certain to inquire re: parking charges IF the front desk clerk neglects to inform you - as was our case. And, it was handled well. Note: Nearby CVS is closed.”
