“Os recepcionistas foram muito simpáticos, os elevadores estavam quebrados, um não estava funcionando, um sempre parava no segundo andar quando ia para outros andares. Os quartos precisavam de um pouco de trabalho. A piscina era boa, a banheira de hidromassagem não funcionava e a banheira de hidromassagem não estava muito quente.”
