“I have stayed here numerous times but will not be returning as this hotel is going downhill. 1- Bugs in my room - I reported the small bugs that I found throughout my room… nothing was done. 2- The elevators STILL (an entire month later) do not work properly so… you may get in the elevator and get stuck in it until the doors decide to open OR you have to take the stairs!!! Going up and down 10 floors was over the top and if there was ever an emergency with a person here… I see no way for paramedics or anyone else to get to the persons floor. 3- The hotel is full of United Airlines new hires in training. That is an issue because they leave food outside their doors that don’t get picked up until the following morning (gross), or they’re in the hallways talking loudly about their training that day… or they all show up at the same time on their buses to the hotel and since the elevators may or may not work… you will be waiting a long time to get to your room. These are just “a few” reasons why you should consider finding another hotel. There are plenty of other hotels nearby for the same price. No need to endure what I have describe above for any reason!”
