“The location was very nice and our greeting was lovely and efficient at check in. The room was pretty, comfortable and nicely appointed... except for all the ants and the dirty floor. It was very grubby. Ants all over the bathroom.sink and floor. Constantly rinsing the sink and toothpaste tube. Also on the bedroom floor and my nightstand. I asked them to come and exterminate. They sent a man up to spray with a can of oily, strong smelling bug spray.”

Great water pressure Location terrible, staff pretentious, no beach advertised beach, 2 shuttle stops advertised 7. No options for non alcoholic drinks welcome drinks. Food menu limited just terrible

Beautiful setting and wonderful staff from the front desk to the bartender to the bell boys. The food was excellent at the Chicken Walk restaurant (pool side). I have eaten at the main restaurant before but have never stayed. Nope. All was perfect.

Boom is clean. Bed is comfortable. There are extra resort fees around $50 not included in the price. There is no free breakfast. Parking is extra $25 per night.

The location. Room floor was dirty upon arrival.You felt the dirt under your shoes when walking in the room.Never walked barefooted due to this. Staff was not very friendly or informative from the moment we checked in. Shuttle service rude and location drop off unsafe.

The room was nice and clean. Robes were super comfy. The pool being open 24 hrs was a plus and being able to see the water on their tanning beach was very calming. About a 10 min drive to Duval street. I think the website should definitely update with what's actually open as far as amenities go. The on-site restaurant wasn't serving anything but bar nuts and pizza so we had to venture out for food which didn't plan on doing. No brea

Awkward layout. Rooms are difficult to find. Layout of hotel makes guests constantly travel through parking garage. All regular rooms face interior corridors with no natural lighting. Location of rooms and parking garage expanding the entire property. Cost of parking is outrageous given the amount of parking on the property.

The room was beautiful. Elevator was broken the entire time. Housekeeping was very late and sometimes didn't leave the essentials. Some front desk staff not provide necessary and vital information and some were rude.

Nice area, well maintained The fire alarm went off every morning between 5a and 6a. Apparently the fire alarm goes off when it rains? Also the elevator did not work. The breakfast, not included, was over priced and a basic continental breakfast.

The bellman and Pool Server were very nice. The front desk agent was one step short of rude. Very snobby. Room floors were dirty, ants. First room was handicapped( we did not request) both rooms had ants. TV selection was minimal

Decor, pool and happy hour. Loud noisy neighbors slamming doors till midnight and beyond. Room design lends itself towards door slamming because of drafts when balcony door open

24 hour pool, restaurant was fantastic, staff was very helpful, room was great - large tub, free shuttle and parking, and no resort fees. Kayak rental hours were short and quite expensive. Pool bar closed too early for us.

Good location, clean room. Guest assist was fast. Front desk was rude and condescending. Had to pay an undisclosed $25 parking fee and had to park 3 buildings away - security's suggestion was to park in a handicap spot outside of our room's building. Room was big but not practical.
