“Today I had lunch at their newly opened and rebranded T&B restaurant, specialised in burgers, chicken and special drinks. I had an order of chicken nuggets and fries. Food is OK, whereas service is better and friendly. Observations I have to highlight that the restaurant need some background music and work on the new restaurant concept/ brand integration. Just new placemats menu and staff wear T-shirts with the logo won't do the trick and will hinder the success in the market.”
