“This hotel is surprisingly family oriented. That is not my experience with Novotel in the past.I expected metal and glass, extremely well design and efficient spaces. I was not disappointed. But the attentions to children's needs really impressed. My child is grown and not with me though. The elevator requires room key to enable, but the allowed delay is too short for most people. You have to ask for ice at the bar, no machines. The sidewalk outside and steps are aweful, and the area is completely car oriented. I ran three times anyway. The pool looks nice but is not open early enough or late enough for adults. It is a place for kid fun.”
