“The lobby when you walk in is depressing. From the greenish lighting, to the fake plants, and the sickly fountain that spits water intermittently. The gentleman working the front desk was courteous and accommodating. The room and bathroom were quiteshabby. The mold in the corner of the tub was enough to make me cringe at the thought of how well it had been cleaned. Definitely wore my flip flops in the shower. Continental breakfast was, meh with the waffles being the best thing on there, aside from the fruit and yogurt. When checkout morning for us rolled around (we'd stayed for a of couple nights), starting at around 9:30, the cleaning people started slamming the doors next to the room as hard as possible constantly. Earlier that morning,we had discovered our flight was delayed, so we contacted the front desk attendant and requested a late checkout. He was kind enough to let us stay for an additional hour, so instead of 11, we were given the OK to stay until noon. At precisely 11, a cleaning person knocked at the door and told us it was time to go. Her tone came off as pushy and annoyed. I let her know that we had spoken to the front desk, and they had given us the OK to stay until noon. She interrupted me and said, OK SO WHEN?? I told her another hour. Maybe she didn't understand me or had difficulty hearing me through the door (I had just gotten out of the shower, so I didn't open it). I hope this was the case, because I was really put off by this on top of having to listen to the slamming doors all morning. All in all, I know you get what you pay for, but I've stayed in plenty of comfort inns and I have to say that this one, in particular needs a major rehab to fix its drab interior. More importantly, no need to aggressively slam doors, we knew when checkout time was and it certainly didn't make us move any faster. O quarto e o banheiro eram bastante precários. O mofo no canto da banheira foi o suficiente para me fazer estremecer ao pensar em quão bem ela havia sido limpa. Definitivamente usava meus chinelos no chuveiro. Café-da-manhã continental foi, meh com os waffles sendo a melhor coisa, além de frutas e iogurte. Quando a manhã de check-out para nós rolou (ficamos por algumas noites), começando por volta das 9:30, as pessoas da limpeza começaram a bater as portas ao lado do quarto o mais forte possível constantemente. Mais cedo naquela manhã, descobrimos que nosso voo estava atrasado, então entramos em contato com o atendente da recepção e solicitamos um check-out tardio. Ele teve a gentileza de nos deixar ficar por mais uma hora, então, em vez de 11, recebemos o OK para ficar até o meio-dia. Precisamente às 11 horas, uma faxineira bateu na porta e nos disse que era hora de ir embora. Seu tom saiu tão agressivo e irritado. Deixei-a saber que tínhamos falado com a recepção, e eles nos deram o OK para ficar até meio-dia. Ela me interrompeu e disse, OK E QUANDO?? Eu disse a ela outra hora. Talvez ela não tenha me entendido ou tenha tido dificuldade em me ouvir através da porta (eu tinha acabado de sair do chuveiro, então não a abri). Espero que este tenha sido o caso, porque eu estava realmente desanimado com isso, além de ter que ouvir as portas batendo a manhã toda. Apesar de tudo, eu sei que você recebe o que você paga, mas eu fiquei em muitas pousadas de conforto e eu tenho que dizer que esta, em particular, precisa de uma grande reabilitação para consertar seu interior monótono. Mais importante, não há necessidade de bater portas agressivamente, sabíamos quando era a hora do check-out e isso certamente não nos fez avançar mais rápido. Enquanto o atendente da recepção foi amigável no check-in, não posso dizer o mesmo para a equipe de limpeza do quarto.”
