“The Living room has a fair spread for dinner buffet. The hotel maintained the required SOP . However was not at all happy of the state and safety of their lift that had my friends stuck between floor and its door ajar for several minutes. The hotel has to ensure the safety of its lifts for its intended purpose and the security of its patrons at all times.”

“Maybe it's me, or maybe the guests are too many this weekend.. i don't feel welcomed. The dining in restaurant was unpleasant. I don't see many diners but nobody care to ask if my order was taken. I have to wait for someone to take my order quite a long time. I also received my order late. Half an hour to bring watermelon juice. Come on. The only reason for my dine in is to redeem the food credit from the package. Otherwise, can just go to Pavillion to eat. Food taste and presentation was okay nothing extra. Just like normal restaurant at the mall. The one good thing that happen is i was able to get a printing service for free. I missed Element by Westin. I should have went there instead.”
