“There are a few things hotels of any class or level need to be sure their guests are happy and want to return, to any of their establishments across the globe: clean, safe, accommodating friendly and lastly, be sure the alarms are turned off before the next guest checks into the room. Why is this such an issue, it, inevitably, ruins every stay when an alarm goes off in the pre-dawn hours or it is not expected. Step up your game Marriott an train your staff to check the alarms, everywhere, everyday...........been going on for decades and this simple action will make for a more pleasant and welcoming stay.”
