Decepcionado: * Surpresa $ 15 extra para estacionamento * Sem geladeira * Sem café em qualquer lugar * Sem micro-ondas * Sem ajuda com a bagagem * Apenas 2 toalhas * Sem toalha de chão ao lado da banheira (e piso escorregadio) Eu já fiquei na área antes, então meu as expectativas são calibradas. Não quero adicionar mais para não afetar o pessoal que tenho certeza que está trabalhando muito duro e é realmente muito bom. Fatos resgatando: A academia é muito legal, ótima trilha para caminhada nas proximidades, você pode tomar seu café da manhã no posto de gasolina nas proximidades e San Diego é incrível! Gestão, a COVID não é desculpa para menos mas sim uma oportunidade para brilhar! Volte para a escola de hospitalidade. Uma nota para o respondente: não se trata da primeira impressão e do cookie que você dá. Depois de 2 em 5 dias de estadia aqui, é uma impressão duradoura que conta. Eu recomendo que as pessoas não fiquem aqui.

O check-in foi rápido e fácil, foi um check-in sem complicações. O balcão da frente foi rápido para se certificar de que eu tinha o que precisava. Agradeço a Jordan, gerente de frente, que atualizou meu quarto para me dar a vista de que eu precisava para minha jornada.

Check-in was quick and easy, it was a no hassle check-in. Front counter was quick to make sure I had what I needed. Thanks to Jordan, front manager, who upgraded my room to give me the view I needed for my journey.

Disappointed: *Surprise $15 extra for parking *No refrigerator *No coffee anywhere *No microwave *No help with luggage *Only 2 towels *No floor towel next to tub (and slippery floor) I’ve stayed in the area before, so my expectations are calibrated. Don’t want to add more to not affect personnel that I’m sure are working very hard and are indeed very nice. Redeeming facts: Gym is very nice, great walking trail nearby, you can get your morning coffee at the gas station nearby, and San Diego is awesome! Management, COVID is not an excuse for less but an opportunity to shine! Go back to hospitality school. A note to the responder: it is not about first impression and the cookie you give. After 2 out of 5 days stay here, it is a lasting impression that counts. I recommend people don't stay here.

As a Diamond Member I was told that I would get parking comped since Breakfast is no longer included. I found out that on my bill I was charged for parking (I stayed for 22 days this trip. Last month I was there for 11, the month before that another 16). When I called I was told that was not a policy since June. I have the pervious two bills that do not have parking charges on them. He explained that the cost of breakfast to the hotel was $5 (I am thinking when did I ever pay cost? Usually the charge is more like $12 to $14) and that parking was $15/day. He also explained that he would credit me the money for the parking but I would forfeit my points (of which I paid a higher fee for). Before this experience I would have recommended this place. Now, not so much. There are just too many places to stay in the San Diego area to put up with this.

Jordan e Kristen são, sem dúvida, os melhores funcionários de hotel que já conheci e com quem trabalhei e deveriam receber um aumento de salário diário! Eles foram acima e além quando algumas coisas deram errado com nossa reserva original (não por causa de um problema com o hotel, mas com inquilinos anteriores que aparentemente destruíram o quarto). Eles nos entregaram água e nos deram um espaço para fazermos um documentário. Eles são tudo de bom na indústria da hospitalidade. Hotel was nice, bastante calmo e limpo, espaçosa suite JR, etc. Gostaria de ficar aqui novamente sem hesitação. Obrigado por uma ótima estadia Jordan e Kristen!

Jordan and Kristen are without doubt the best hotel employees I’ve ever met and worked with and they should get a pay raise daily! They went above and beyond when some things went wrong with our original reservation (not because of an issue with the hotel but with prior tenants who trashed the room apparently). They delivered water to us and gave us a space to film a documentary. They are everything good about the hospitality industry. Hotel was nice, fairly quiet and clean, spacious JR suite, etc. I would stay here again without hesitation. Thanks for a great stay Jordan and Kristen!

Check-in was quick only because the girl was in a hurry to finish her energy drink and get back on her phone. My door to the room was sealed stating the room was Lysol cleaned but I'm pretty sure they just changed the sheets and maybe vacuumed. The mirror in the bathroom looks like a giant brushed their teeth and splatted everywhere...at least I'm hoping it's toothpaste. Anyway, I am laying here getting ready for bed wondering if breakfast is happening because no one told me. Nor, did the room have a coffee maker. Location is great!

O quarto de hotel era relativamente limpo (mais sobre isso mais tarde) ea propriedade tinha excelente ambiente. Eles também oferecem muitas comodidades, como uma piscina, restaurante e sala de fitness. O lixo no entanto não estava vazio quando eu verifiquei no quarto por isso me faz questionar a sua atenção aos detalhes quando limpar. Além disso, o quarto está ligado a outro quarto. Embora o ferrolho no topo estivesse trancado, a fechadura da porta não estava. Problema de segurança potencial.Eu pedi para ter um check-out tardio e parece que o meu cartão de crédito foi cobrado por isso. Mas quando eu usei o meu cartão de entrada para o quarto não funcionou mais, então eu tive que voltar para a recepção para consertá-lo. Não é um grande problema, mas um inconveniente, no entanto.

The hotel room was relatively clean (more on this later) and the property had great ambiance. They also offer many amenities such as a pool, restaurant, and fitness room. Location wise I think you definitely need a car to sight see as it doesn't seem walkable to any attractions.Room cleanliness was ok. The garbage however was not empty when I checked into the room so it makes me question their attention to detail when they clean. Also the room is connected to another room. Although the bolt on top was locked the actual door lock was not. Potential safety issue.I asked to have a late check out and it seems my credit card was charged for it. But when I used my entry card to the room it didn't work anymore so I had to go back down to front desk to fix it. Not a big deal but a inconvenience nonetheless.
