“Our recent stay at the SouthPark Hilton Garden Inn was an enjoyable one. Rashad greeted us warmly upon our arrival, and he was extremely friendly and helpful. He seamlessly took care of an issue for us and made us feel like we were valued as patrons of the hotel. The room and bathroom were very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We had an enjoyable nightcap both nights in the bar with our friendly bartender Annette and her associate Michael. The pool/patio area is very comfortable and welcoming. Our stay coincided with perfect temps so we were able to spend a significant amount of time either by the pool or the fire pit. The hotel's location is awesome - there are numerous restaurants in the immediate area and we were able to walk for all of our meals. Will definitely stay there again on our next trip to Charlotte!”

This review is for Homewood Suites, which is in same building as HGI: Large rooms with kitchen, clean and modern. Friendly staff. Convenient to nearby restaurants and markets. Breakfast is dreadful- sugary cereals, canned fruit, sweetened yoghurt and processed egg omelette. Compared to other Hilton properties, this breakfast is the worst. We were there for 4 days and made our own breakfast after shopping at the market across the street after the first day.

We were in town for one night. This was a nice, clean, and quiet hotel. We were in room 532 the view of pool and fire pit looked nice at night. The front desk staff was very welcoming.

I had to stay in a different hotel the night before and the experience was lackluster to say the least. Coming into this location I had high hopes and they were truly amazing! Cece at the front desk had the most amazing customer service and made sure everything was perfect. She even remembered my name just from me checking in. The atmosphere was outstanding as well and they had an evening social with some of the best chicken soup I’ve had in a while. Every member of staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was beautiful and sparkling clean. I would stay again in a heart beat! 10/10!!
