“As we were walking the corridor of the hotel, a portion of the ceiling collapsed, when I mentioned to the staff members as we were leaving for the game, their attitude was very nonchalant. Before leaving the hotel for the game, we were told that they would take care of issue, only to return and the entrance to our room was taped off and we couldn't get to room, no one bother to contact me to tell me what was going on and when I went downstairs to speak with management she proclaimed that she was unaware of the collapsed ceiling, along with the floor being taped off. The staff was unapologetic and had no sympathy whatsoever. This is my first and last time staying in establishment.
For my troubles, I was only given my parking fees back and 20 back from the amount paid for stay.”

“Location is great. The cleaning and maintenance during Covid is not good. The roof is coming off. The flirting spells old. We have stayed in this hotel for the past 7 years for family vacations. This is our last staying here. Completely disappointed in seeing how this place is going down.”
