“The most rude general manager I’ve ever seen in my life. Asked my wife and I to leave with no car, 100 degrees outside and already booked for the night. Will never come back. All this because I complained about her obvious rudeness towards us. $120 a night what a joke. Unprofessional and unfair. I wish I could leave negative stars over and over.”

“I booked two rooms at this property after reading many reviews and researching similar hotels in the area. My husband and I stayed in a room with a king bed and our adult son and his two cousins stayed in the 2nd room with two queen beds. The first thing I noticed was how clean the rooms, especially our bathroom, was! I am a seasoned travel counselor and used to work as a hotel housekeeper in my early days so cleanliness is always the first thing I notice. There was minimal noise other than when it's really quiet at night you could hear footsteps above you, but nothing big. Complimentary breakfast is nothing special, just the usual. Checked out the pool area but it was cold and raining so we didn't get to use it. The hotel is in an ideal location near a medical area where it's not a high-traffic area but not too isolated either. I would not hesitate to stay here again the next time we're in the Katy, TX area! Nightly rate was just right for what you get. Verificamos a área da piscina, mas estava frio e chovendo, então não conseguimos usá-la. O hotel está em uma localização ideal, perto de uma área médica, onde não é uma área de alto tráfego, mas também não é muito isolada.
