“Hotel staff attempted to enter my room at night without knocking or calling because they were looking for a cord. I left a complaint and received a free drink voucher. My privacy was invaded and I’m supposed to be happy with a free drink.
The room was outdated, chipping paint on the toilet seat.
Terrible. Won’t be staying there again”

“Would have given 5 stars but there was a mix up in rooms, not very many tv/ movie options and the room was cold despite the heat being set at 79°, we are however very thankful for Daniel and the lovely lady trainings help. Even though due to an event going on they were booked, they both tried so hard to fix both issues. I definitely would recommend The Hilton Garden Inn for a nice relaxing evening away or a weekend, very welcoming atmosphere and friendly helpful staff!”
