“Fantastic hotel with fabulous helpful and friendly staff and in a good location.
Rooms are a good size too.
Breakfast in the Talk(?) was extensive with a tremendous choice and of excellent quality.
Our experience was spoiled somewhat however by the disgusting behavior of 3 female guests at breakfast yesterday in a display of greed, gluttony, arrogance and ignorance.
We were unfortunately sat close to these individuals, who having what appeared to be every breakfast dish available on their table, they then proceeded to fill bags with various items of food from the buffet; fruit, bread etc.
Now many people take a piece of fruit, a banana or an apple for example for a snack later, I know I have in the past, but these shameless individuals then produced plastic containers and promptly started to fill them with items from the hot and cold buffet!
I was so shocked that I mentioned what was happening to a staff member, who was aware of their behavior but appeared frightening to say anything because " they will complain and give bad reviews"!
Eventually a senior staff member came and spoke to these 'women' and started to remove the copious amounts of food from the table, much if which was untouched.
Management: you know who these people are, you have their room number. I would suggest that you ban them for what is nothing short of theft!
I wouldn't be surprised that they steal the towels and bathrobes from the room too!”

“My friend and I stayed for almost a week. We both find that staff were very helpful, polite and friendly. Especial mention to Denis at the lobby, Syed assigned at 15th floor, and the lovely staff in the restaurant always welcoming when we go for breakfast (Omer, Irene, Rita and Kaur). Also, the guy at the lobby (security) in blue shirt, reminding us to wear our masks (sorry!) I thought they deserved to be recognised because we can see that they go the extra mile in what they do.
Thanks for the service, we had a great time. Bed is comfortable, room is very clean and good size. Excellent facilities but we didn’t got a chance to use them.”
