“I've stayed several times now, and this hotel provides some of the best service I have ever had. Every person is so helpful and nice, and will do anything to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The food is great, and the rooms are comfortable and nice. Also had conferences here and it is the perfect place to host. Great place to stay, if not just for how great the staff is! Erin was amazing to work with and provided the best experiences possible.”

“Great hotel but the front desk staff was less than friendly or helpful. As I was standing in line to check out there was a language barrier with the customer ahead of me, the front desk girl kept saying, we’re done here, you can go, over and over. The lady obviously needed something else but just dismissed her completed. She then spoke around her and asked me for my keys and said I can go, did not tell me that they were charging my credit card for some sort of “resort fee” that I apparently should have known about and isn’t their responsibility to tell me about, at least that’s what I was just told over the phone when I called to inquire. I also never received a receipt for it in person or via email. The hotel was nice, the location was amazing but the staff was anything but.”
