“Clean and chic hotel good for a night or two, would give 3.75 stars; definitely one of the cleaner options if you need a place to stay overnight by the airport or Mall of America; Only notable downgrade is that there is no free shuttle running to/from Airport or Mall of America, even though this is one of the airport/moa hotels 5 minutes away from both locations. Would have given 4 stars if there was a shuttle. Food from the in-hotel kitchen is very good however: tapas style menu and bruschetta are good.”

“We stayed here for two nights. We asked for top floor and got it but right outside the elevator so it was a little loud at times. These rooms are minimalist and have no carpet which we like as that means less germs. For the most part our stay was quiet except for a few rude guests yammering on outside our door. We had breakfast each morning and it was good both days. The employees we encountered were really nice. This is literally across the street from the Mall of America so an easy walk, even in the winter! We only saw one child which was nice. This hotel does not have a pool like the one surrounding it so it's a good choice if you don't like the sound of screaming kids. There is a pretty lobby. The shower had two different shower heads regular and rainfall. The bathroom has a glass door that slides which some people might not like but it did not bother us. The bed was very comfortable. We faced the airport so was fun watching planes take off that came directly towards the hotel. We would definitely stay here again. Only drawback was Housekeeping did nothing during our stay. Would have been nice to have new towels and the floors mopped as they got quite dirty from walking outside in the dirty snow.”
