Um bom hotel, em uma boa área. Quartos muito grandes e agradáveis, eles devem apenas dar-lhe um pequeno lifting facial (algumas madeiras, torneiras ...), mas de resto muito correto.

Excelente localização, a verdade é excelente. Os quartos poderiam ser melhores, o banheiro é mal projetado, para entrar no mictório é preciso fechá-lo. Porta do banheiro, a luz está escondida atrás, bem, não é o fim do mundo, mas é algo que eles poderiam ter planejado melhor.Na recepção há sempre festa, as recepcionistas riem e riem, até os jovens, que me parecem de muito mau gosto.O estacionamento é pago e os botões, bem, ajuda já que você chega com suas coisas....O buffet muito rico, as garçonetes e garçons excelente serviço.Bom hotel em geral.

Excelente ubicación, la verdad esta excelente. Las habitaciones podrían estar mejor, el baño está mal diseñado, entrar al mingitorio hay que cerrar la. Puerta del baño, la luz está detrás escondida, en fin, no es el fin del mundo, pero es algo que pudieron planear mejor.En recepción siempre hay fiesta, las recepcionistas risa y risa, igual los jóvenes, eso se me hace de muy mal gusto.El estacionamiento es de paga y los botones, pues monte ayuda puesto que llegas ya con tus cosas....El buffet muy rico, las meseras y meseros excelente servicio.El hotel bonito en general.

É agradável, confortável, os quartos são espaçosos, com uma excelente vista e o buffet de café da manhã é farto, assim como a comida do restaurante. Eles também aceitam animais de estimação de até 25 kg (máximo de 2 por quarto), o que é legal.Está localizado em uma pequena praça, então há algumas coisas ao redor, mas se você quiser ficar perto do centro da cidade, este hotel pode não ser a melhor opção.

Nós amamos este hotel e nos sentimos como a realeza pelo serviço que recebemos. Nós foram atualizados para um quarto de canto e tinha uma vista incrível do nascer do sol e design de interiores moderno de meados do século. A localização é bem no meio de uma parte chique e segura da cidade, com uma faixa dos melhores restaurantes a poucos passos. Ubers te deixam bem na frente da porta. O buffet de café-da-manhã é sólido e com as cortinas blackout automáticas aqui dormimos incrível. É um pouco animado nos fins de semana, mas dentro do hotel é tranquilo. O gerente me escreveu uma nota pessoal dando-me as boas-vindas ao hotel devido ao uso do nosso Amex para reservar o quarto. Nós definitivamente ficaremos aqui novamente quando voltarmos! Obrigado

We loved this hotel!! We love the area it's in to begin with, right in heart of a lot of wonderful restaurants, we ate a different one every night. Large, beautiful room with a huge TV, beautiful floor to ceiling windows and the best black out blinds I've ever experienced! We had a stocked mini fridge, large bathroom with a makeup table, very comfortable bed and super comfortable pillows, a lot of them, what's not to love!! Plus the service was wonderful, very friendly and accommodating! We will definitely go back!!

Es bonito, cómodo, las habitaciones son amplias y con una gran vista y el desayuno buffette es rico, al igual que la comida del restaurante. También aceptan mascotas de máximo 25 kg (máximo 2 por habitación), lo cual está cool.Está ubicado en una mini placita por lo que hay algunas cosas alrededor, pero si quieres estar cerca del centro de la ciudad, quizá este hotel no sea la mejor opción.

We loved this hotel and felt like royalty for the service we received. We were upgraded to a corner room and it had ana amazing sunrise view and midcentury modern interior design. The location is right in the middle of a fancy and safe part of the city with a strip of top restaurants steps away. Ubers drop you off right in front of the door. The breakfast buffet is solid and with the automatic blackout curtains here we slept amazing. It is a little lively on the weekends but inside the hotel it is peaceful. The manager wrote me a personal note welcoming me to the hotel due to using our Amex to book the room. We will definitely stay here again when we return! Thanks

This hotel is a gem.Wonderful.The rooms are stylish/deluxe/spacious/comfortable.The breakfast is very good (nice dining room and food).Excellent service.One of the best things about the hotel is the street.There are about eight good restaurants on the block. Beautiful places to eat.The weather is perfect and they are mostly open air.There are some - worth visiting - shopping areas that are walkable from the hotel.They are are about a 10-block away.You get to wander through the calm upscale residential neighborhood.Definitely check out the Midtown Shopping Center with the Midtown Hilton. Beautiful, impressive, and architecturally significant. Visit all areas, including the upper shopping level the third floor for food (to appreciate the design).Don't miss the deluxe Fresko supermarket on the lower level.And, walk to the Fresh Lovers market.Many small shops and restaurants around it with a lovely park.Parque Silvano BarbaPlaza Patria is another area shopping center.It has a Liverpool department store.The first two areas I listed are more interesting.The NH Collection and the Midtown Hilton are probably the two best hotels in Guadalajara.The Hyatt Regency is also a deluxe.The problem is that it's too far from everything else in the city.However, do go and check out the beautiful luxury shopping center next to the Hyatt.It's called Andaras.The JW Marriott, AC Hotel, Fulton Hotel and HS Hotsson are very close to the NH Collection.The street you need to cross (to get to them) has a center section that is like a freeway.I am glad I did not stay at those hotels.It's dangerous to try and cross that street.I also went by the Hard Rock Hotel and the Riu Plaza Hotel. I personally would not pick them.They are surrounded by freeways.Not very walkable.Do make a daytime Uber trip to the central historic district and walk Avenue Chapultepec.However, around 5:00 PM, it can be tough to get a car back.I am happy that I spent a little extra money and stayed at the NH Collection Providencia. It's a very good choice.I stayed for seven nights.I enjoyed relaxing at the restaurants near the hotel and walking to areas I listed.

Este é um ótimo hotel localizado no meio do distrito financeiro, mas perto o suficiente do centro histórico e da Plaza Andares. É seguro, cercado por ótimos restaurantes. A equipe da recepção é realmente útil; eles se esforçam para atender às suas necessidades. Graças a Ruben e Carelli, nossa estadia de seis dias foi maravilhosa. Para nos deslocarmos, sempre utilizamos táxis ligados ao hotel. Eles são seguros, amigáveis com tarifas razoáveis. Recomendamos fortemente que você os use. Teste de antígeno Covid 19 em uma instalação ao lado. Muito melhor do que fazê-lo no aeroporto. Em suma, nós realmente apreciamos a nossa estadia no NH em Providencia.

This is a great hotel located in the midst of the financial district, yet close enough to the historic center and Plaza Andares. It is safe, surrounded by great restaurants. The front desk staff are really helpful; they go out of their way to meet your needs. Thanks to Ruben and Carelli, our six day stay was wonderful. To move around, we always used taxis connected to the hotel . They are safe, friendly with reasonable fares. We strongly recommend you using them. Covid 19 antigen test a facility next door. Much better than to do it at the airport. In short, we really enjoyed our stay at the NH in Providencia.

Esperaba que nuestra estandía fuera de descanso completamente yalas 8:40am en sábado había personal de obra haciendo uso de taladros, martillos, etc.. al hacer el reporte en recepción hicieron caso omiso pese a las quejas de varios huéspedes. El hotel no es barato y sus instalaciones están muy bien pero su atención y servicio demerita todo. Eso sí, mis respetos para los guardias de seguridad, su atención de 100!!

This is my 3rd stay at NH Providencia. It’s glaringly obvious that they are still cutting corners to recoup losses from the pandemic. You will be charged for early check in a fee of 25.00 usd.. The lobby restrooms are showing a lot of wear and the lock on the ladies room doesn’t work. The carpets in the hallways needed a good vacuuming andthe rooms had fingerprints high and low on the windows. The breakfast is good depending what day it is. The employees are polite and nice and the hotels location is excellent. It’s just looking a bit tired.

We stayed here for a few days with our dog. We loved that it is pet friendly. All around a great hotel. Very clean and well designed rooms. We had a premium room which was huge. Well worth the extra cost. They had the best breakfast buffet I have ever seen in a hotel. Lots of options. Will stay again.

O estacionamento é na praça e o hotel só dá 50% de desconto, eles deveriam procurar uma alternativa porque é muito caro. O hotel é muito bonito e muito moderno. Minha única reclamação sobre o design é que o quarto fica muito escuro à noite, falta mais iluminação, principalmente na área do closet.

El estacionamiento es de la plaza y el hotel solo da el 50% de descuento, deberían buscar una alternativa porque es muy caro. El hotel está muy bonito y muy moderno. Mi única queja del diseño es que la habitación es muy oscura en la noche, le falta mayor iluminación, sobre todo en el área del closet.

Mi estadía fue excelente, desde que llame para realizar mi reservación hasta el check-out, el personal del hotel fue muy amable. Las habitaciones muy limpias, cumpliendo con todos los protocolos de COVID. El desayno delicioso, el servicio en el restaurante excelente, los meseros muy atentos. El hotel se encuentra en un lugar excepcional,con muchos restaurantes, tiendas y más lugares para disfrutar. Los recepcionistas y el consierge te apoyan con cualquier petición con una excelente atención. Excelente ubicación, hay muchos lugares para comer como Porfirios, comida argentina, pizza y pasta, sushi, incluso hay un Carl´s Jr a unos solos pasos literalmente de la recepción del hotel , además de que la zona en donde se encuentra es bonita. Los desayunos muy ricos y hay variedad,el personal del restaurante es muy amable y servicial. Muy buena atención por parte del personal. Habitaciones modernas y limpias. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí en un futuro.

Ótimo hotel, mau serviço de quarto (em minha experiência). Tudo o que o hotel anuncia está perfeitamente à altura. Eu gostei muito da minha estadia até agora e a localização é incrível. No entanto, pedimos serviço de quarto na segunda-feira de manhã por volta das 12h00, com um tempo de resposta de 30 minutos. Já passou cerca de 1 hora e sem comida. Nenhuma confirmação no pedido também.Mas, novamente, toda a experiência foi extremamente agradável e eu consideraria ficar aqui novamente se eu alguma vez viajar de volta para a cidade!Atualização: mais de 2 horas para 2 entradas. Serviço terrível.

Great hotel, poor room service (in my experience). Everything the hotel advertises is perfectly up to par. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my stay so far and the location is amazing. However, we ordered room service Monday morning around 12:00am with a 30 minute turn around time. It’s been about 1 hour later and no food. No confirmation on the order, either. But again, the entire experience has been extremely pleasant and I would consider staying here again if I ever travel back to the city! Update: over 2 hours for 2 entrees. Terrible service.

From the parkade to the lobby to our room, the temperature taking and sanitizers were all around. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and efficient, especially Omar. We ate breakfast, lunch or dinner at various eateries and restaurants right outside the lobby and at street level and in the neighborhood. Everything was quite delicious. We ordered Room Service one evening for dinner and the soup, pasta, and salad were all hot, tasty, and fresh. The front desk staff were ready to help and answer questions. The room cleaning staff were very thorough and efficient. The room design with the large floor to ceiling windows plus two levels of shades felt so relaxing and provided a beautiful view. The rooms were quiet for restful sleeps. Wonderful stay!
