“I can not say enough great things about our experience here. First, the price point for location and amenities was awesome. Digital check in the day before made coming in with all of our bags a breeze. They were so accommodating and even left us a little welcome gift for our anniversary in the room which was completely unexpected. The room was very clean, the view was great, and Molly and Ben were unbelievably attentive and made sure everything was perfect. And then the next day because of the availability we were able to do a late checkout at such a great price and based on how long extra we wanted to leave! I’ve never heard of that before! I usually like to try out different hotels when going to different cities, but Hotel Palomar will now be our spot whenever in downtown Phoenix. Thank you for such a memorable experience.”
