“This should be a 1 star hotel at best. They do not enforce the mask policy. The elevators are extremely slow. Even when no one is around, you will be waiting. The balcony is tiny. The shower as no pressure and knob fell off. The noise is insane. You will not be able to sleep. The hallways remind me of a horror movie. I would not have been shocked to see the twins appear in the hallway asking us to play with them. The staff as no personality and are bland.”

“The balconies are way way too small. Just like t pool. Which didn't seem to get any sun.
But the ambience inside was very nice. James Republic was the very cool restaurant inside t hotel. Totally loved that place. In t lobby, there were these wonderful old pics of Long Beach. Totally cool n authentic.
The employees were very cool, helpful and professional. One employee was a little bit of a jerk. But overall, I was treated very nicely.”
