“We stayed at this Embassy this past weekend for 2 nights. The highlights is the first impressions! The staff were very nice and make you feel like your VIP when you check in! The room we stayed in was clean and cold when we first walked in(which I love). We liked the breakfast especially the made to order omelets. The only cons we can think of was not having hot(we had warm) water when we showered. It’s important to note we searched high and low for good hotels in the area and despite the mixed reviews for this hotel we came because in our home area they have a great reputation….it’s safe to say overall, this Embassy DID NOT disappoint us! We will be back😊!”

“Desilusión total con el personal de Check in. Especialmente la gerente de turno del jueves 3 de marzo de 2022 a las 7pm.Reservamos una habitación y nos asignaron otra que no cumplía con nuestras necesidades. Fueron groseros y altaneros.Las habitaciones han decaído mucho en su aspecto. Usé este hotel varias veces al visitar Florida yya no voy a regresar a ese hotel nunca más.”
