“The room I reserved (standard king) was sold out by the time we checked in (just after midnight due to our flight being delayed) so we were given a free upgrade to a king suite! Even though it was just for one night it was greatly appreciated. Breakfast is from 6am-10am and had a great selection. Waffles, scrambled and hard boiled eggs, sausage, oatmeal, cereal and more. Plus juices and coffee. Would definitely stay here again!”

“The worst Hilton experience we’ve ever been through. They canceled our reservation because our card declined? (which is a lie because we got a confirmation number and a receipt) It was a room for 2 nights and we reserved it for mid day but we arrived late at night. Since it was a 2 night reservation it’s standard that as long as we’re paying we can come in whenever. This was not the case! There was a warriors game going on and they immediately gave our room away without notice or any email, text, calls, etc. They did this so they could charge higher rates to someone else. The reception was also rude and not accommodating, it was clear they were lying because their story kept switching up on why they canceled.”
