“The location is very convenient and not that busy like other hotels on the Michigan ave. Room cleanliness and size is good for Chicago standards. Housekeeping is a bit slow also room service. The price was reasonable for off-season time”

“Beautiful hotel. Exceptional service. I look forward to my next stay! This is located in a beautiful architectural building which makes it even more exceptional. I hope I can get a tour next time I'm in town. I had a beautiful view on all sides. It's located in the perfect spot for anything you'd like to do in Chicago. The bar in the hotel is fun and nice. Their shrimp cocktail was exceptional! Can't go wrong here!
My room was very comfortable and they were very accommodating. I have a bad back and they brought me extra pillows twice. Personally I would prefer a nicer mattress but the linens were great. They accommodated our request for daily cleaning and laundry despite their efforts to save the planet and cut back. The service here was on par with the best hotel I've ever stayed at in London.
