We stayed at this resort with my friend two weeks ago. Location is very good,rooms have a beautiful view. However, hotel is very outdated and in not very good condition. It really needs lots of new renovations,and updates. Our room's walls were kind of disgusting, rest sofa bed had a big dirty dark spot. Upon our check-in,arrival, when we went up to our room,we noticed right away that our room was very poorly cleaned. It was dust everywhere on the furniture. We had to wipe it and clean. Also,one of the beds sheets were not washed well.... I stay often at Hilton hotels when I travel, and that was a first time the hotel was in such bad not updated condition, and rooms were not properly cleaned while we stayed there too. But besides all of that, we loved every other amenities hotel had to offer. Nightly entertainment was very good, beautiful shows. I would like to notice room service: very professional, friendly, good timing. Among the restaurants we loved sushi place. Very good food,freshly prepared, and service was excellent. Special thanks to waitress Karen,and sushi cook Osvaldo. Very friendly and nice people. Also,would like to mention manager of Asian restaurant-Alan,and very good cook Christian,who made for us customized meals. From front desk personnel I would like to mention Alejandro, the most friendly person,who delivered exceptional customer service experience 😀 Beach service was very good,all personnel did a great job. Special thanks to Omar and Jose. And of course beach guard Ismael-:) Overall, our stay was enjoyable and pleasant. 🌇 sunsets are breathtaking and you can see whales 🐋 from the hotel beach. Puerto Vallarta boardwalk is worth visiting, very interested, vibrant place!

As others have posted, the beach and swimming are excellent a this resort. The breakwaters provide for a nice protected area which is good for snorkeling. The access to the beach and pools is very convenient from the hotel. We liked that you can get a nice variety of sun or shade at different locations and times of day. We were always able to find available beach chairs at all different times of day. The design of the complex with two 14 story towers with a lower tower (7 stories I think?) connecting in the middle provides the variety of sun and shade patterns throughout the day. The service and the food were both excellent. We found the staff to be friendly, courteous, and professional. We were very pleased with everything about this stay and plan to return in the future.

It is a lovely resort located a good distance from the town. The buildings, rooms, restaurants are very nice and comfortable. Service from the staff is great, they go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. Food in all of the restaurants is OK. Nothing exceptional, just average. At the bars, or by the pool and on the beach, as long as you order one of the traditional tropical drinks, and like them super sweet, you'll be fine. Just don't expect amazing mixology. The beach area is very nice, and again, the staff makes it special. The pools are large, the family pool is heated but the adults pool was rather frigid, unfortunately. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would likely return.

If I could give this place 6 stars I would. I don’t even know where to start. First, the resort itself is breathtaking, from the lobby, to the restaurants to the multiple pools and the beautiful beach. The service was so impeccable that at times we felt like the staff was reading our minds, If we had a want or request it was provided for us us before we could get the words out. Our room was spotless, the linens were plush and the bed was heavenly. The architecture and decorating are extremely impressive. The food and drinks were a constant pleasurable experience and again, every single restaurant staff was warm, friendly and extremely attentive! But most of all we felt that the people were so genuine and accepting, not just because they were providing us a service but because they were representative of the kind and comfortable Mexican culture. If we ever have a chance to come back here again there will be no question.

Um hotel com excelente estrutura, bom atendimento e ótimas acomodações. Existem vários restaurantes dentro do hotel, com diferentes tipos de comida. Festas à noite em diferentes espaços. O hotel conta com uma parte fechada da praia, privada para hóspedes. Sem dúvidas um paraíso dentro de Puerto Vallarta. Recomendo a todos que buscam conforto e entretenimento sem sair do hotel.

El lugar está increíble, el personal de recepción y concierge excelentes. Las habitaciones muy amplias y con un aroma increíble. Su restaurante italiano destaca en servicio y sabor de sus alimentos. Lo detestable es lo tendencioso del servicio del personal de alberca y playa que sólo atienden si les muestras el billete y no cuentan con una cultura de servicio, fue un comentario personal y de varias personas a mi alrededor durante toda mi estancia. Fue motivo de que no disfrutara mi estadía x q era nefasto solicitar un servicio y q t ignoren hasta q muestras la intención de darles propina

Minha esposa e eu viemos aqui para o nosso aniversário e foi incrível. A equipe foi sempre super simpática e prestativa. O serviço de quarto também foi ótimo. Os shows foram super legais. O show de lendas foi engraçado e bem pensado. Os quartos estavam bem conservados e limpos. Uma coisa que minha esposa e eu achamos que poderia ser uma boa melhoria era ter uma barra de refrigerantes (basicamente ter muitos mixins como coco, cereja, baunilha, etc aromas que podem ser combinados com refrigerantes diferentes) fazer parte das opções na piscina bar. Nós não bebemos bebidas alcoólicas, então obter um refrigerante exclusivo nos faria usar mais o bar. Talvez fosse uma opção, mas se fosse, não estava claro. Fora aquilo, tudo estava ótimo!

Pasamos una gran estadía. El hotel tiene una playa muy agradable y linda, muy tranquila para niños y limpia, las habitaciones tienen vista al mar, Muy buen servicio de todo el personal, los restaurantes de especialidades muy ricos, el chef del asiático muy atento, salió a las mesas a checar que todo estuviera bien a nuestro gusto, Las albercas con buena temperatura; los shows nocturnos muy padres, el kids club les encanto a mi hija y a mi sobrino, Sin duda regresamos, 10/10

Este hotel cumplió mis expectativas, la playa no estaba fría, con poco oleaje, tiene unas rocas que evitan el oleaje fuerte. Las piscinas estaban bien, una de ellas con un bar que ofrecía tragos. La habitación fue lo mejor de este hotel. La cama y las almohadas son muy cómodas, todas tienen vista al mar, aunque algunas habitaciones tienen vista parcial ya que hay unas palmeras, aunque yo decidí no pedir cambio a un piso más alto ya que cobraban como mil pesos adicionales por noche. El aire acondicionado de la habitación perfecto, caja de seguridad, un refri, la verdad fue un descanso muy bueno. El hotel tiene varios restaurantes y siendo el más bueno el de steak (carne), muy ricos sus cortes y sus porciones son grandes, luego de este está el buffet que está muy completo, tiene de todo y el señor que prepara los omelettes fue muy atento y amable. El restaurante italiano también estaba rico. En el restaurante Cocomar probé un poco de comida y estaba rico pero muy poca cantidad. En general la comida está buena y se sirve en poca cantidad, aunque podría ser mejor. Varias veces tocaba pedir varios platillos por lo pequeño de las porciones. El servicio es bueno, aunque no excelente. Se nota bastante el trato que dan a los estadounidenses, y a veces te dejan de atender por ello. Cuando llegué no me explicaron que el Kayac está incluído en el paquete todo incluído y no pude disfrutarlo, y otra cosa que no me gustó fue que los restaurantes principales cierran constantemente (trabajan un día sí y otro no), y el de carne es con reservación, y se acaban muy rápido. Es un hotel bonito, con actividades para disfrutar. Recomendado.

My wife and I came here for our anniversary and it was amazing. The staff was always super friendly and helpful. Room service was great as well. The shows were super great. The legends show was funny and well thought out. The rooms were well kept and clean. One thing that my wife and I thought could be a good improvement was having a soda bar ( basically having a lot of mixins like coconut, cherry, vanilla, etc flavorings that can be combined with different sodas) be part of the options at the pool bar. We don’t drink any alcoholic drinks so getting a unique soda would have made us use the bar more. Maybe that was an option but if it was it was unclear. Other than that everything was great!

Actualmente estoy hospedada en este hotel y por el momento tengo los siguientes comentarios:PROS: 1) el personal en recepción muy amable, atienden con gusto todas tus solicitudes.2) los chicos que atienden en el Sky bar de 10, muy amables y atentos.3) habitación de buen tamaño y limpia.4) comida buena5) servicio en el restaurante bufete de desayuno fue increíble, ahí no hacen distinciones y atienden a todos muy bien, también un excelente servicio en el restaurante de comida americana.Contras:1) muchas zonas como los elevadores son un alto riesgo COVID ya que están muy pequeños y 0 ventilación.2) el personal en el restaurante Italiano se portó muy mal, cuando llegué solicité si me podían mover a una mesa pegada al ventanal para disfrutar la vista, el restaurante NO estaba lleno y nos habían mandado al fondo, simplemente dijeron que lo iban a revisar y jamás me dijeron nada, solo me ignoraron, en cuanto llegaron extranjeros, igualmente 2 personas a ellos si los sentaban en esas mesas, totalmente malinchistas buscando propinas cuando también nosotros como mexicanos que pagamos el hospedaje del hotel merecemos buen servicio.3) llevo una hora en los camastros frente a la alberca y ningún mesero se ha acercado a ofrecerme alguna bebida, escuche a uno decirle al otro que estaba con cierto grupo cazando propinas, entiendo que es lo que les deja y por lo cual eligen trabajar en este tipo de lugares, sin embargo yo siempre dejo propina pero en estos casos ni si quiera me han tomado la orden.4) el hotel me da la impresión de necesitar más ventilación porque lo siento encerrado y con pocos espacios al aire libre realmente.Ojalá pasen los comentarios para que mejoren el servicio en algunos lugares.Pero en general buen hotel.

Serviço incrível, sempre muito atencioso e prestativo, apesar de ter poucos funcionários. Nós realmente apreciamos a nossa estadia. A comida era feita na hora e deliciosa, especialmente no buffet e no clube. Os shows à noite foram mais um sucesso e um fracasso. O show de fogo foi incrível e os outros não foram tão bons. A praia é bonita e bem cuidada, existem vários pontos ao longo da parte rochosa com muitos peixes tropicais. Se você gosta de snorkeling, traga seu próprio equipamento. A desvantagem de nossa estadia foi que os coquetéis eram principalmente de qualidade medíocre e não havia música depois das 22h30, exceto um pequeno bar.

Eu e minha esposa visitamos recentemente Puerto Vallarta e ficamos neste hotel. nós gostamos deste lugar. estamos muito felizes e sentimos que este é o lugar incrível devido a: 1. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e prestativos quando entramos pela primeira vez na recepção. Eles nos responderam muito bem e nos deram boas informações sobre o hotel 2. O quarto era muito limpo e bem administrado e a equipe costumava limpar e organizar nosso quarto todos os dias durante a nossa estadia no hotel 3. O hotel tem excelente praia, piscina e banheira de hidromassagem no último andar e no térreo 4. O hotel tem boas atividades como caiaque, águas profundas, tênis de mesa, academia, campo de vôlei. 5. Tem excelente localização para fotografia mas temos que pagar $60 dentro do hotel para fotografia 6. Eu gostaria de expressar meus agradecimentos ao Sr. Israel que nos ajuda a fazer caiaque na água 7. O hotel é muito seguro para todo o ambiente interno e também nos sentimos seguros do lado de fora, pois visitamos o centro da cidade e gostamos da localização 8. Me and my wife have recently visited Puerto Vallarta and we stayed at this hotel. we like this place. we are very happy and we feel this is the amazing place due to: 1. The staff are very nice and helpful when we first enter the reception. They respond us very nicely and gave us good information about the hotel 2. The room was very clean and well managed and the staff used to clean and arranged our room every day during our stay in the hotel 3. The hotel has excellent beach, swimming pool and hot tub on the top floor and the ground floor 4. The hotel has good activities like kayaking, deep water, table tennis, gym, volleyball ground. 5. It has excellent location for photography but we have to pay $60 inside the hotel for photography 6. I like to express my thanks to Mr. Israel who help us how to do kayak in the water 7. The hotel is very safe for all inside environment and we feel safe out side too as we visited its downtown and we like the location 8. The hotel has enough bar and restaurants with varieties of food and the server and all staff are very excellent and they are very pleasant to serve us Overall we have very good experience and fun during our stay in this hotel. 8.

Amazing service, always very attentive and helpful despite being short on staff. We really enjoyed our stay. The food was freshly made and delicious, especially at the buffet and the club. The shows at night time were more of a hit and miss. The fire show was amazing and the others were not so good. The beach is nice and well maintained, there are several spots along the rocky part with lots of tropical fish. If you like snorkeling, bring your own gear. The downside of our stay was, the cocktails were mostly mediocre quality and there was no music after 10:30pm other than a small bar.

Todo o resort e a equipe nos fizeram sentir como a realeza. Nós amamos que eles tinham piscinas separadas apenas para adultos e apenas para crianças. O spa parecia um sonho. The entire resort and the staff made us feel like royalty. We loved that they had separated pools for adults only and kids only. The spa felt like a dream. Would highly recommend the Fussion massage. The food was spectacular with different cuisines at every restaurant the resort has. Ultimately, it was the staff that made our stay amazing. Israel, is a manager of the restaurants and He was very accommodating, making sure we were taken care of. And if He saw us outside of the restaurants, He would still come up to us and make sure if we needed anything. FIVE STARS.

Hotel recién remodelado, bonito y cómodo, se ve que le están echando ganas. La calidad de los alimentos es muy buena, de lo mejor que me ha tocado en hoteles todo incluido en Vallarta. Lo malo es que esta retirado del centro y que no tiene mucha extensión de playa para dar una larga caminata, lo bueno es que la playa tiene rocas rompeolas y se puede estar a gusto con los niños si oleaje tan alto. Las habitaciones son cómodas y todas con vista al mar. El servicio d e los meseros es muy bueno, el personal amable, solo la limpieza de las habitaciones es un punto a mejorar y corregir la ubicación en google maps (está mucho antes de donde lo marca).

Buena calidad en alimentos, muy bien las habitaciones, pobre opción para divertirse con niños pequeños debido al espacio del hotel. Igual los bares cierran muy temprano 10:30 PM, solo queda uno abierto para todo el hotel. La alberca ya necesita remodelación las baldosas se están cayendo. Relación calidad/precio tiene mucho por mejorar, muy buena vista de las habitaciones.

El hotel está en una playa muy bonita, aguas cristalinas y tranquilas, sus restaurantes son muy buenos. "La luce" es altamente recomendable. Las habitaciones están muy bien equipadas y orientadas, todas con vista al mar. El personal siempre muy atento y servicial. El único detalle que veo es que a veces el personal es insuficiciente y se ve rebazado por la cantidad de huéspedes.

Eu sou um membro Hilton Diamond, e este hotel é entregue de todas as maneiras possíveis!Acabamos de voltar para casa de férias perfeitas em família. Este resort foi absolutamente fantástico! O serviço foi de alto nível em todos os departamentos. "Obrigado por nos dar a oportunidade de atendê-lo" foi apenas um exemplo de como os funcionários tratam seus hóspedes.Os quartos eram limpos e espaçosos, e cada quarto (acima do 3º andar) tem uma vista panorâmica do mar. Excelente seleção de restaurantes e a comida era ótima em todos os lugares que comemos. A localização era perfeita - parecia isolado, mas estava a apenas 7 minutos (150 pesos) de táxi para a cidade.Voltaremos 100% e recomendamos a todos.

Este pode ser o resort perfeito para férias em família. Nós apreciamos a nossa estadia, havia muitas atividades acontecendo, um ambiente divertido e ótimos shows noturnos. A comida era excelente e encontramos a maioria dos funcionários muito simpáticos e acolhedores. Não esqueça sua máscara! Eles não têm nenhum de sobra, a menos que você os compre. Ao contrário dos outros 2 resorts Hilton, este resort não os oferece se você esquecer no seu quarto. A mulher associada na loja de presentes foi menos do que amigável, infelizmente, por causa disso. Como membros diamante, há vantagens extras e desfrutamos de um café da manhã tranquilo no lounge dos membros. Existem várias grandes piscinas, infelizmente, há quádruplo a ocupação do quarto vs. piscina ou disponibilidade de cadeiras do lado do mar. Planeje acordar cedo para pegar um bom lugar. Nossa vista para o mar era espetacular e podíamos apreciar a música da varanda do nosso quarto. As piscinas estão um pouco degradadas, mas nosso filho gostou da "caça ao tesouro" de azulejos soltos da piscina, juntamente com a equipe divertida e as atividades no clube infantil. O clube infantil foi INCRÍVEL! A equipe do restaurante foi 100% no ponto! As reservas para o jantar, o serviço de quarto e as informações foram fáceis usando o site on-line e tornaram os planos muito fáceis!

I am a Hilton Diamond member, and this hotel delivered in every possible way! We just returned home from a perfect family vacation. This resort was absolutely fantastic! Service was top-notch from every department. "Thank you for giving us the opportunity to serve you" was just an example of how the staff treat their guests. The rooms were clean and spacious, and every room (above the 3rd floor) has an unobstructed view of the ocean. Excellent selection of restaurants and the food was great everywhere we ate. The location was perfect - it felt secluded but was only a 7 minute (150 peso) taxi into town. We will 100% be back and will recommend to anyone.

This may be the Perfect Family Vacation getaway resort for you. We enjoyed our stay, there were lots of activities going on, a fun environment and great evening shows. The food was excellent and we found most of the staff very accommodating and friendly. Do not forget your mask! They do not have any to spare unless you purchase them. Unlike the other 2 Hilton resorts this resort does not give them to you if you forget it in your room. The woman associate at the gift shop was less than friendly unfortunately because of this. As diamond members there are extra perks and we enjoyed a quiet breakfast in the members lounge. There are several large pools, unfortunately there are quadruple the room occupancy vs. pool or ocean side chair availability. Plan to get up early to grab a good spot. Our ocean view was spectacular and we could enjoy the music from our room balcony. The pools are a little run down but our son enjoyed the loose pool tile “treasure hunt” along with the fun staff and activities at the Kids club. The kids club was AWESOME! The restaurant staff was 100% on point! Dinner reservations, room service and information were easy using the online website and made making plans a breeze!

We just returned from here and had a wonderful time! What you see in the photos is legit. Friendly and attentive customer service, great food in each of the restaurants AND room service, clean rooms with an amazing view, and more. The rooms are a nice size and pretty quiet; we rarely heard our neighbors. I will say that if you are looking for a smaller and quieter place then this is not for you. The music is loud at the pools, and the entertainment lasts later. A shout out to Omar (server at the pool); and Sandra (room service). Although all of the staff were great, these two stood out for us in particular. Highly recommend staying here; don’t overthink it.

Staff - all super friendly, definitely one of the best staff at all of the Hilton all-inclusives in Mexico. Anabel at the sky bar was our favorite! All of the staff repeatedly asked us if we needed anything and we’re very accommodating with some of our requests.Hotel registration/check-in: we experienced some growing pains from this new resort for our rooms. What was on the website was not rooms they actually had available. Some of the room types didn’t even exist. We had 8 adults in our party and we wanted one room with two queen beds and a jacuzzi and another room with two queen beds but they ended up giving us one king bed room with a jacuzzi. A two bed room with a jacuzzi didn’t even exist and then they couldn’t get our new rooms back so it took a while to get equivalent rooms back.Hotel restaurants - some more growing pains here as all of the menus online did not match the menus once we got to the restaurant and we specifically chose the restaurants based on their menus. However, all of them were still good. Our favorite was La Luce which is the Italian restaurant and it also has the biggest menu. We did this for dinner our last night of the trip and so glad we saved it for last!Pools - the pools were nice, there was an adults only pool and a bigger pool for all ages. However the adults only pool was freezing and more shaded so nobody was in it the entire time. I think the heater for that pool might have been broken? And the swim up bar is only in the adults only pool so we never got to utilize it because that pool was too cold. The poolside service was good for the most part. It’s nice we could order food by the pool anywhere.Rooms - the rooms were decent. The safe was broken in one of our rooms and the cleaning service came in our room but didn’t even change all of the sheets so we had to request the sheets specifically to be changed. Some of the soaps were out in the shower. There was a good view from every room though and the balconies were nice with a few patio chairs out there.Activities - the activities were fun! They have different activities everyday throughout the day. I will say, the activity schedule they had online did not match what they actually decided to hold that day. So I would just suggest that every morning, you go down by the pool to see what they’re hosting when.Overall, I think they still have some small things to iron out being a new resort still, but our overall experience was good and I would recommend people visit!

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. It is bottom level for resorts and the pictures are deceiving. The restaurants are not good. Sanitation is awful. In the morning for breakfast (each day I was there) they were cutting raw meat, cooked meat, fruits and vegetables on the same cutting board with the same knife. I talked to management about this, they said they would do better and never did. We booked with a big group with the understanding they could accommodate. They can't, reservations were almost impossible to come by. We were never able to sit together. Not worth the $$$. A bottom of the barrel resort. Take your money elsewhere!

I had a very wonderful time here. The staff was extremely friendly. The penthouse room was clean and the view was beautiful. I def want to go back to do more out in the city. The only negative is that they close the pools at 8pm so you can’t have any late night swims unless you have a private pool. The beach area is open all night though. There are locals that try to get you to buy stuff but I didn’t mind.

My husband and I went on our late honeymoon here. The rooms and the hotel itself were really clean and nice. They provide activities, my favorite being the exercise classes in the pool, making each day exciting. My only complaint was that there were a lot of private events that would rent out a restaurant or two each night.

My friends & I stayed at Secrets Puerto Valletta & had a wonderful experience at the Asian restaurant. Daniel was an amazing server who took excellent care of us. Please visit & see him for an incredible vacation!

I had a very wonderful time here. The staff was extremely friendly. The penthouse room was clean and the view was beautiful. I def want to go back to do more out in the city. The only negative is that they close the pools at 8pm so you can’t have any late night swims unless you have a private pool. The beach area is open all night though. There are locals that try to get you to buy stuff but I didn’t mind.

Had a great time!The staff is very friendly. Joaquin our concierge, is very helpful. Zarahi and Berta at the spa were amazing.Victor at the pool bar was great.Benito, Ascension also great!Our room was the master suite room 1727and it had a great view,great space and we will request this room in the future!The breakfast buffets were very good.We attended The Rhythm of the Night and it is fabulous! Loved our stay!

This hotel doesn’t care about COVID safety and not flexible. One day before My trip, I was exposed to covid, and had to cancel my trip. I did contact the hotel, and first of all, they needed proof for my misery, even though getting into Mexico you don’t need tests, after providing them still they didn’t give me the full refund, not sure what was the point of giving them the proof. Even when I asked for credit through them, they won’t give it to me. Not the hotel to go for during these times. They didn’t show any concern to keep the rest of the guests safe. They rather have guests with Covid than provide health safety

Ficar apenas no All Inclusive Hotel e comer e brincar por alguns dias não faltou. Já estive em todos os restaurantes que abrem a partir das 18h, exceto o mexicano, mas o ambiente e a comida eram bons, principalmente o restaurante francês. Há um código de vestimenta para homens, então, traga uma camisa, calças compridas e sapatos ~ Além disso, todos os funcionários são simpáticos e a piscina, o restaurante, o bar da piscina, o spa e o café estão bem equipados. E por se tratar de um restaurante ao pôr-do-sol, saboreie-o plenamente ao pôr-do-sol!

Ha sido una de las grandes experiencias en un Hotel todo incluido. Las instalaciones del hotel son chicas pero muy bonitas. Cuentan con tres albercas, varios bares, cafetería, restaurantes. El servicio durante toda nuestra estadía fue excelente. Quisiéramos felicitar a Omar del área de alberca que nos trato increíble.La comida de los restaurantes de especialidad ha sido de lo mejor que hemos comido en un todo incluido. En especial el restaurante francés el Bordeaux.Ahora en cuanto a puntos a considerar la playa no es la más bonita, la arena está llena de piedras pero si no sales al mar pues no tendrás de que preocuparte. Otro punto que no nos gusto, fue que nos querían casi forzar a tomar una plática para una membresía del Secrets ofreciendo un regalo a cambio. Por razones muy personales decidimos que no, pero cada vez que la persona nos veían en el hotel nos hacían sentir mal de que por qué no queríamos. Es algo que no nos había tocado. Nosotros queremos ir a un hotel a descansar.En general si recomiendo mucho este hotel, solo pues así nos toco a nosotros la experiencia.

This was my first time at Secrets. I’ve had great service at other hotels and resorts before, but the service I got at Secrets was next level. Every single person I interacted with that worked at the hotel was very friendly and as accommodating as could be. I would specifically like to shout out Alejandro, who was our server at the pool, for really going the extra mile during our 5 days at Secrets. When he found out it was my girlfriend’s birthday, he surprised her the next day with a bottle of champagne and flowers and that really made the trip for her. He was awesome and really fun to interact with our entire time there and him as well as all of the other staff members is why we’ll be booking another trip in the future.

We just finished up our 2nd 8 day trip here, and already miss it. Our favorite parts were definitely with the entertainment crew! Edgar, Omar, Jesse, Jesus, and the rest of the crew really knew how to show us a good time! We played beach Volleyball twice a day, cards in the pool, and a casino night last night, where I ended up winning a bottle of tequila! It was so much fun! Pool waiters Hugo, Manuel, and Erick were awesome! They went above and beyond for us! Sebastian and Ricardo, part of the concierge staff, were also great! I don’t think there was a single person we interacted with that didn’t impress us! Thanks all, for a great time! We can’t wait for our next trip!

Visitamos o Secrets através do programa de hotéis, onde eles trazem você do Sunscape para vendê-lo no Programa de Férias Ilimitadas. Foi muito legal, mas havia tantas pessoas. As únicas áreas que pareciam menos lotadas eram as áreas preferidas dos clubes.O bar de café-da-manhã era muito bom e tinha muitas opções. Direi, porém, que muitas opções são americanizadas. Isso é bom para pessoas que têm estômagos sensíveis, mas não tão bom para quem procura sabores autênticos.A área preferida era tranquila, calma e relaxada. Há uma praia privada separada do resort Now (que tem crianças), mas nenhuma barreira para impedir as crianças de entrar / sair.No geral, um hotel muito bom vale a pena ficar.

Un hotel muy bonito,el comedor muy limpio gran variedad de comida una exelente atención de los meseros,pero los cuartos el teléfono no sirve el control de la tele sin pila caja fuerte no sirve tina de baño sin funcionar estrategias del hotel para abrir cafetería después de que entregas el cuarto ya nadie te ofrece nada de beber creo yo que le falta una atención de parte de los directivos o encargados

We visited Secrets through the hotel program where they bring you from Sunscape to sell you on the Unlimited Vacation Program. It was very very nice but there were so many people. The only areas which felt less crowded were the preferred club areas. The breakfast bar was very nice and had a lot of options. I will say however that many options are Americanized. This is good for people who have sensitive stomachs but not so great for anyone looking for authentic tastes. The preferred area was quiet, calm, and relaxed. There is a private beach separate from the Now resort (which has kids) but no barrier to stop children from coming/going. Overall a very nice hotel well worth staying at.
