“After having an issue with another hotel, this hotel saved us last minute with exceptional service. Becky, at the front desk, was particularly helpful, incredibly friendly, and really made us feel welcome and at ease. The room was clean, nice, and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay.”

“Wonderful hotel and great food! Will was especially helpful and very patient and professional. The Hyatt Place Hotel nearby overbooked and did not have the room we reserved available when we arrived. They tried to put us in an unacceptable room so we walked out. Obviously I was quite upset, but Will helped turn this fiasco into a complete success! Turned out to be a blessing in disguise, as the Courtyard by Marriott is so much nicer than the Hyatt Place Hotel.”
