I have stayed at this location several times and usually very much enjoy my stay. I am actually a Gold Member with Hilton. 2 years ago I gave them a 5 star rating. However, due to the treatment I just received today from Jason, Trevor, and Laura I have lowered it to a 1 star rating. The rudeness of their interaction with me during a time of trying to extend my stay another night resulted in me leaving to a competitor next door for my last night in the area. I cannot recommend this location after what happened and will be escalating the issue as high as I possibly can. If you read my other reviews you'll see I generally rate businesses positively even when there's an issue. But, I do not recommend staying at this particular location. The one bright spot was when I checked in with Ryan, unfortunately it was downhill after that.

No geral, um ótimo hotel que parece novo. Os quartos estão perfeitamente configurados com uma pequena cozinha com micro-ondas, pia e geladeira. O banheiro era acessível para o mestre ou da área de estar principal, o que é um ótimo design. Poderíamos deixar as crianças dormirem na sala de estar no sofá-cama e dormiríamos no quarto e todos teriam acesso ao banheiro.Tirou 1 estrela porque eles não nos permitiriam fazer o check-in sem ir para a recepção. Fizemos o check-in online, fornecemos o pagamento e solicitamos as chaves digitais porque estávamos chegando tarde e queríamos levar nossos filhos para a cama enquanto eles ainda estavam dormindo. Ter que parar na recepção permitiu que ambos acordassem e arruinou nosso plano bem pensado.

Excelente café da manhã e excelente equipe. O quarto era lindo, mas havia alguns fios de cabelo no banheiro e dentro da porta do banheiro. Isso me fez pensar se era realmente higienizar.

Great breakfast and and great staff. The room was beautiful but there were some hairs on the toilet and inside of restroom door. It made me wonder if it was truly sanitize.

Overall, a great hotel that seems brand new. Rooms are setup perfectly with a small kitchenette with a microwave, sink and fridge. Bathroom was accessible for the master or from the main living area which is a great design. We could have the kids sleep in the living room on the pull out couch and we slept in the bedroom and everyone had access to the bathroom. Took 1 star off because they would not allow us to check in without going to the front desk. We checked in online, provided payment, and requested digital keys because we were coming in late and wanted to carry our kids to bed while they were still asleep. Having to stop at the front desk allowed them both to wake up and ruined our well thought out plan.

O check-in foi fácil e o cavalheiro foi muito amigável no balcão. O lobby era muito limpo e cheirava recém-higienizado. Achei meu quarto fácil e adorei o adesivo perfurado na porta que me indica que o quarto está higienizado. Recentemente, fiquei no Westin e eles não tinham nada parecido com isso. Facilita um pouco a sua mente saber que eles estão prestando atenção aos detalhes. Eu tinha um quarto king O quarto era limpo e a cama era super confortável e eu amei que eles tinham quatro travesseiros jumbo. Eu amei a posição da tv também. Na manhã seguinte, fui tomar café da manhã e quando eles disseram café da manhã quente, eles falaram sério! Na verdade, havia um chef na cozinha cozinhando e uma garçonete servindo comida e eu fiquei maravilhado! Como eu disse ... Recentemente, fiquei no Westin e eles deram ao hóspede um muffin e suco frio de marca. O único problema que tive foi com o check-out, o representante do atendimento ao cliente me fez executar meu cartão novamente por US $ 60, dizendo que eu tinha um saldo restante e que o gerente deveria vir e consertá-lo. Já faz dias e a cobrança adicional ainda está no meu cartão. Além disso, eu recomendaria definitivamente ficar aqui.

The stay was ok, but we requested an upgrade when we reserved the room and they acknowledged it, but when we checked in they told us it was completely booked!!! Didn't appreciate that but at least the room and atmosphere was really pleasant.

Check in was easy and the gentleman was very friendly at the counter. The lobby was very clean and smelled freshly sanitized. I found my room easy and loved the perforated sticker on the door that let me know the room is sanitized. I recently stayed at the Westin and they didn’t have anything like this. It eases your mind a little just knowing they are paying attention to detail. I had a king room The room was clean and bed was super Comfortable and I loved that they had four jumbo pillows. I loved the position of the tv as well. The next morning I went to breakfast and when they said hot breakfast they meant it ! There was a chef actually in the kitchen cooking and waitress serving food and I was blown away ! Like I said .... I just recently stayed at the Westin and they gave the guest a muffin and cold off-brand juice. The only issue I had was with checkout, the customer service representative had me run my card again for $60 saying I had a balance left and the manager was supposed to come and fix it. It has been for days and the additional charge is still on my card. Other than that I would definitely recommend staying here.

Industrial feel. The "suites" feel like motel 6. Nothing like the photos. Entrance is bare and hardly any coverage to check-in when raining. Absolutely did not follow ANY COVID-19 laws or requirements.. The pool had reservation spots but when you walked by they booked it to the point where people only stood in the pool 2-3 feet apart.. Honestly the pool was over packed even without COVID. Overall would not return.

Experiência maravilhosa! Preço muito acessível! Susan e os outros membros de sua equipe foram acolhedores e atenciosos. Nosso quarto era exatamente o que queríamos, limpo, silencioso e confortável. Tivemos um delicioso café da manhã feito na hora na manhã seguinte que foi incluído com a nossa estadia.Para demonstrar como o pessoal da Embassy Suites é atencioso, deixe-me compartilhar isso ... alguma pessoa cruel "largou" um cachorrinho doce em seu estacionamento! Susan viu o cachorro correndo atrás do carro. Ela e o GM acolheram o cachorrinho e "Katy" agora tem um lar adorável. Estou muito impressionada com a gentileza que a equipe do Embassy Suites demonstrou para com aquele cachorrinho.

Wonderful experience! Very affordable rate! Susan and the other members of her team were welcoming and attentive. Our room was exactly what we wanted,clean, quiet, and comfortable.We had a delicious made to order breakfast the next morning that was included with our stay.To demonstrate how caring the folks at Embassy suites are, let me share this..some cruel person "dumped" a sweet little puppy in their parking lot! Susan saw the puppy running after the car.She and the GM took the puppy in and "Katy" now has a loving home.I am so impressed with the kindness the Embassy suites staff showed to that little puppy.

Cuartos espaciosos y con muy buen gusto en la decoración y muy limpios y modernos. Los salones para talleres, reuniones o conferencias cumplen perfectamente su objetivo. El único pero esa la ubicación,al rededor no hay absolutamente nada!Ni un centro comercial.Forzoso contar con un auto o bien pagar las altas tarifas de transporte privado como Uber,Lyft, etc.
