“The hotel amenities were excellent. The staff were rude and stereotyped our group as we were a hockey team.We were very mellow for a hockey group but we felt our kids were targeted by staff. They were yelled at for walking quickly in the hall at 3pm or for playing outside in the early evening. As a "stay and play" guest it was not very welcoming. As a hotel if you don't want to deal with hockey families then don't be part of the "stay and play" hotel group.”
