Este é um bom hotel. Os quartos são amplos e espaçosos e o custo não é excessivo para a região. A única razão pela qual não dou 5 estrelas é que a garagem é MINÚSCULA. A validação do bilhete de entrada/saída na maioria das vezes não funciona. E você tem que pagar em dobro ou usar o botão de chamada e esperar que alguém responda segurando todas as pessoas atrás de você. Este hotel está muito próximo e conveniente para MD Anderson e o resto do Texas Med Ctr. O hotel não oferece café da manhã continental. Você deve caminhar até o balcão na fila e pedir comida. Eles vão trazê-lo para você, mas é uma longa espera e, se eles estiverem fora do que você pediu, você não saberá até mais tarde, quando eles chegarem à mesa, informarão que você terá que voltar ao balcão e escolher outra coisa . Eles se desculparam e acertaram, mas ainda era uma espera. Os preços são um pouco caros. $ 15 para um clube de peru em uma caixa de isopor para viagem. Não houve serviço de placa. Eles só têm 2 elevadores para 18 ou 19 andares e um não estava funcionando no momento da nossa estadia. Entendo. Coisas assim acontecem. Não é um disjuntor. A equipe foi amigável e muito útil. Escolhi este hotel porque tinha garagem e parecia um pouco mais seguro para o seu veículo do que o estacionamento na rua em Houston. Já fomos arrombados antes dentro de um estacionamento fechado em Houston. O lounge na cobertura e a piscina eram bons. O único problema que tive é que você não podia realmente sentar lá e visitar e tomar uma bebida, pois a música estava tão alta que você não podia falar ou ouvir. Caso contrário, foi uma estadia agradável

This is a nice hotel. The rooms are large and spacious and the cost is not excessive for the area. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is the parking garage is TINY. The in/out ticket validation most often doesn't work. And you either have to double pay or use the call button and wait for someone to respond holding up every person behind you. This hotel is very close and convenient to MD Anderson and the rest of Texas Med Ctr. The hotel does not offer any continental breakfast. You must walk up to the counter stand in line and order food. They will bring it out to you but its quite a wait and if they are out of what you ordered you don't know until later when they come to the table tell you then you have to go back to the counter and pick something else out. They were apologetic and made it right but it was still a wait. The prices are a little expensive. $15 for a turkey club in a Styrofoam to go box. There was no plate service. They only have 2 elevators for 18 or 19 floors and one was not working at the time of our stay. I get it. Things like this happen. Its not a deal breaker. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I picked this hotel because it did have a parking garage and seemed a little more safe for your vehicle than street parking in Houston. We've been broken into before inside gated parking in Houston. The rooftop lounge and pool are was nice. Only issue I had is you couldn't really sit there and visit and have a drink as the music was so loud you couldn't talk or hear. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay

Decentemente bom hotel! O lobby é lindo. Nosso quarto estava limpo, mas você poderia dizer que era um prédio extremamente antigo que eles fizeram reformas limpas e agradáveis, então não foi tão ruim! Eu ficaria aqui novamente. A única reclamação que tenho que não é culpa dos hotéis porque eles não possuem, é sobre a garagem do parque. Definitivamente nunca estive em uma garagem desse tipo. As primeiras 3 histórias são um labirinto entre duas paredes e são super pequenas e esboçadas. As vagas de estacionamento são muito pequenas. Mas, como afirmado, não é culpa dos hotéis porque eles não são donos. Tínhamos um compromisso no childrens às 1 e o check-out é às 11h, no entanto, a equipe é simpática o suficiente para marcar suas malas e deixá-lo mantê-las atrás do balcão até depois de seus compromissos!

Not sure why this hotel has 3.9 stars. It’s tolerable for the price point. A good option for folks needing to travel to the medical center (which is a high number of guests). I stayed here for business. The rooms are old. No room service options. The single rooms are connected to each other by a door and you can hear every conversation in the adjoining room. No privacy as a result. If your used to the Best Western in Houston this is a clean version of the same. If you are looking for a 4 star hotel-go to ZaZa, they are AMAZING.

Decently nice hotel! The lobby is beautiful. Our room was clean but you could tell it was an extremely old building they did clean and nice renovations to so it wasn’t to bad! I would stay here again. The only complaint I have which is not the hotels fault because they do not own, is about the park garage. Definitely never been in a parking garage of that sort. The first 3 stories is a maze between two walls and it super small and sketchy. The parking spaces are very small. But as stated not the hotels fault because they don’t own it. We had an appointment at childrens at 1 and check out is at 11am, however the staff is nice enough to tag your bags and let you keep them behind the counter until after your appointments!

Este hotel é um Hilton de baixa qualidade ... eles eliminaram o serviço de manobrista e a garagem não cabe em veículos grandes. Eles disseram que não poderíamos estacionar nosso caminhão na rua em frente, como tínhamos nos anos anteriores, quando o manobrista e a segurança prestavam atenção e passavam e verificavam. A gerência do hotel disse que não é mais um serviço que eles prestam, agora tivemos que estacionar em um terreno vago ao lado do hotel e tivemos nossa porta traseira e lanternas traseiras roubadas. Nosso caminhão não é dirigível e temos que esperar por um caminhão de reboque, e não apenas nosso veículo, mas também outro hóspede com um caminhão grande também teve sua porta traseira roubada na noite passada. Percebo que isso é Houston e o crime está em toda parte, no entanto, como proprietário de um hotel, eles devem ter mais responsabilidade e responsabilidade ao tentar ajudar a fornecer uma área segura para todos os hóspedes estacionarem, independentemente do tamanho do veículo. Eliminar o manobrista é terrível e torna extremamente inconveniente para os hóspedes. O hotel não reduziu suas taxas, na verdade, é mais caro ficar, mas de qualidade inferior em geral… pano. Gaste seu tempo e dinheiro em outro lugar para uma experiência melhor. É uma sensação terrível acordar e descobrir que seu veículo teve as lanternas traseiras roubadas e não é dirigível. This hotel is a poor quality Hilton… they eliminated their valet service and the parking garage does not fit large vehicle‘s. They said we could not park our truck on the street in front as we had in prior years when the valet and security would pay attention and walk by and check. The hotel management said that’s not a service they provide any longer, now we had to park in a vacant lot next to the hotel and had our tailgate and tail lights stolen. Our truck is not drivable and have to wait for a tow truck, and not only our vehicle but also another guest with a large truck also had their tailgate stolen last night as well. I realize this is Houston and crime is everywhere, however as a hotel owner they should take more accountability and responsibility in trying to help provide a secure area for all guests to park regardless of how big or small their vehicle. Eliminating valet is terrible and make it extremely inconvenient for guests. The hotel hasn’t reduced their rates, in fact it’s more expensive to stay, but lower quality over all… even the soap was Walmart hand soap in bathroom and mixed match shampoo and lotion, no laundry bag, no face cleaner, only 1 wash cloth. Spend your time and money elsewhere for a better experience. It’s a terrible feeling to wake up and find your vehicle had the tail lights stolen and it’s not drivable. And management doesn’t care. A quality Hotel needs valet and security. A Hilton disappointment for sure.

Confortável. Eu estava realmente decepcionado desde que reservei um "quarto deluxe com cama king size com vista", e acabei recebendo uma vista do prédio ao lado de nós. Não era que eu estava esperando que eu tivesse pago. Nós mal podíamos ver a piscina abaixo, então não era muito olhar, exceto a quantidade infinita de janelas para o prédio bem na nossa frente. O quarto era confortável, mas não muito excepcional. Definitivamente, a atmosfera urbana moderna do lobby e da piscina/pátio são diferentes. O serviço foi incrível, os atendentes foram muito simpáticos e ajudaram no que eu possa precisar. Gostei da estadia curta para o que era, mas não me vejo indo novamente.

Lo único que se me complicó fue el estacionamiento, por el hecho de que la señorita que nos hizo el check-in no registro el boleto y no podía sacar mi auto. De ahí en más todo bien!!! Excelente ubicación a unos cuantos pasos de la universidad de Rice que fue el motivo de mi visita a Houston

Comfortable. I was actually disappointed since I booked a "deluxe king bed room with a view", and ended up getting a view of the building right next to us. Not was I was hoping I had paid for. We could hardly see the pool below either so it wasn't much too look at except the endless amount of windows to the building right in front of us. The room was comfortable but not too exceptional. Definitely the urban modern atmosphere the lobby and pool/patio give off are different. The service was amazing, the attendants were very friendly and helped with whatever I may have needed. I enjoyed the short stay for what it was but I don't see myself going again.

Nós realmente gostamos da nossa estadia aqui. Nossa suíte na verdade tinha dois banheiros. Era muito espaçoso e bonito. Tem uma bela área de piscina e uma bela área de lounge na cobertura. O bar da cobertura é uma piada. O barman entra e sai quando quer. Você só tem que pegá-lo quando puder. Minha queixa com este hotel é o serviço. A recepção se recusa a atender o telefone. Eu tive que ligar para o número principal para que eles atendessem. Eles não responderão se você usar o telefone do quarto e pressionar "recepção". Fizemos vários pedidos de toalhas extras e ninguém apareceu. Tivemos que pegar uma das empregadas no corredor. Além disso, uma das empregadas acabou de entrar no nosso quarto. Ela não bateu ou se anunciou. Finalmente, o sistema de elevador deles é estranho. Você tem que ir para o térreo da garagem e usar o elevador principal para chegar ao seu quarto. Eles não nos disseram isso, então tivemos que descobrir. Fora isso, é muito bom.

Las habitaciones muy limpias, el armario pequeño y funcional. Cuenta con cafetera y microondas. 💥 no me gustó es el sensor de incendios que tiene una luz intemitente y molesta muchísimo. Necesitas antifaz.🏨 La ubicación es buena si te diriges a hospitales, al parque y museos.Hay 3 paradas de Metro que están caminando, si no llevas auto.🍲🥘 La comida es muy americana y nada espectacular.El servicio es bueno. La piscina es pequeña y funcional. Un tanto ruidoso el aire acondicionado, pero en un nivel bajo te deja descansar; las cortinas realmente bloquean la luz exterior.Es pet friendly,las mascotas no están en el restaurante ni en el área de piscina. 🐩👌🏻

We really enjoyed our stay here. Our suite actually had two bathrooms. It was very roomy and nice looking. It has a pretty nice pool area and a beautiful rooftop lounge area. The rooftop bar is a joke though. The bartender comes and goes as he pleases. You just have to catch him when you can. My gripe with this hotel is the service. The front desk REFUSES to answer the phone. I had to call the main number in order for them to answer. They will not answer if you use the room phone and press "front desk." We made multiple requests for extra towels and no one ever showed up. We had to catch one of the maids in the hall. Also, one of the maids just barged in our room. She did not knock or announce herself. Finally, their elevator system is weird. You have to go to the ground floor from the garage and use the main elevator to get to your room. They didn't tell us this so we had to figure it out. Other than that, it's pretty great.

Pior estadia em hotel da minha vida. Eles colocaram em um quarto que estava ligado a outro quarto que estava em reforma. Vapores de tinta e cola industrial se infiltrando em nosso quarto a noite toda. Tentamos mudar de quarto várias vezes, mas eles disseram que o hotel estava cheio. Pedimos a eles que fizessem algo para mitigar a fumaça, eles disseram que enviariam alguém e nunca o fizeram. Nenhum de nós dormiu, ambos tiveram dores de cabeça e dores de garganta por dois dias depois. Pedimos pelo menos para pegar nosso dinheiro de volta para a noite do inferno.Eles nos ofereceram um voucher para uma noite grátis, dizendo que não poderiam nos reembolsar, pois já havíamos pago o imposto (?) cheiros vinham. Quando rejeitei o voucher, pedindo novamente o reembolso, ela começou a enviar textos passivo-agressivos com emojis de carinha sorridente. A coisa toda foi surreal.Você pensaria que uma empresa de 40 bilhões de dólares com a reputação de Hilton poderia pelo menos reembolsar seus clientes depois de envenená-los.

Worst hotel stay of my life.They put is in a room that was attached to another room that was under renovation.Paint fumes and industrial adhesive seeping into our room all night.We tried to change rooms multiple times but they said the hotel was full.We asked them to do something to mitigate the fumes, they said they would send someone up and never did.Neither of us slept, both had headaches and sore throats for two days afterward.We asked to at least get our money back for the night from hell.They offered us a voucher for a free night, saying that they couldn't refund us since we'd already paid the tax (?)Then the front desk lady Karla bizarrely claimed our room had a clogged drain and that's where the paint and adhesive smells were coming from.When I rejected the voucher, asking again for a refund, she started sending passive aggressive texts with smiley face emojis.The entire thing was surreal.You would think a 40 billion dollar company with the reputation of Hilton could at least refund their customers after poisoning them.
