There was no help given from the front desk when wanting to use our Hilton gift cards. I had specifically called in the night before asking if they take them and had been told that they would. She was not going to do anything to help and was told there was no manager on site. I would not recommend this place.

The only thing that would have made me happier with my stay is if I could have gotten a reduced nighty rate based on the fact the I was only in the hotel for 12 hours. Other than that, I enjoyed the experience.

O quarto era ok espaço sábio, as camas não eram camas queen size em vez colchões duplos ou completos em uma moldura queen size. O calor em nosso quarto não estava funcionando bem. O chuveiro não tinha água quente mas poderia ser porque o hotel estava lotado com vários hóspedes do mesmo evento causando um esgotamento do aquecedor de água.O café da manhã foi delicioso, e os funcionários corteses. O local de convença deles tinha boas opções de lanches e opções de comida. No geral, um bom lugar para descansar antes ou depois de uma viagem de avião, mas não é uma escolha preferível para uma estadia de longo prazo.

The room was ok space wise, the beds were not queens rather double or full mattresses on a queen frame. The heat in our room was not working well. The shower did not have hot water but that could have been because the hotel was full with several guests from the same event causing a drain on the water heater. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff courteous. Their grab and go convince spot had good selections of snacks and food options. Overall a good place to rest before or after an airplane trip but not a preferable choice for a long term stay.

O hotel é limpo, o pessoal é amigável. Não há muito ao redor da área imediata para restaurantes, mas a 10 minutos de carro e as opções são abundantes. Quarto é agradável e limpo. A única opção USB para carregar é o rádio-relógio, então traga plugues de parede (muitas tomadas). eu com certeza ficaria de novo.

The hotel is clean, staff is friendly. Not a whole lot around the immediate area for restaurants, but a 10 minute drive and options abound. Room is nice and clean. Only USB option for charging is the clock radio so bring wall plugs (plenty of outlets). I would definitely stay again.

Sou membro do Hilton Honors. Se Hospedaram uma noite no Hilton Garden Inn Indianapolis Airport com minha família durante o dia do trabalho nos finais de semana. Teve uma estadia maravilhosa O hotel era muito limpo e tinha uma equipe profissional. Um dos funcionários nos ligou com antecedência para nos informar que o hotel não estava aberto para o jantar. Nós gostamos disso. Nós gostamos de usar a piscina e jacuzzi. Normalmente, piscinas e jacuzzi não funcionam em muitos hotéis durante a pandemia. Gostava de tomar café da manhã.Este hotel está localizado em uma localidade muito tranquila e limpa.

Esta é a segunda vez que fico aqui. A equipe é profissional, o quarto estava impecável e a comida do restaurante é muito boa (o buffet completo de café-da-manhã custou US $ 8 esta manhã). Eles também têm uma academia bem equipada e uma ótima piscina coberta. Super conveniente para o aeroporto. Não se preocupe aqui.

Fiz várias visitas a esta propriedade ao longo de pelo menos 15 anos. Sempre uma boa estadia. As escolhas alimentares do desejo eram um pouco mais variadas, mas o que é oferecido é bom. O exterior da propriedade não é um bom ponto de venda. Necessita de atenção paisagística. Muitos restos de plantas na área de estar ao ar livre. Os lugares sentados na área do salão também precisam de atenção. Almofadas deixadas de fora durante a noite e bastante molhadas de manhã e no início da tarde. Fácil acesso ao aeroporto e cidade. O espaço para reuniões é adequado, mas o controle da temperatura precisa de atenção. Nosso quarto estava congelando e ajustado em 68 graus.

This is my second time staying here.The staff is professional, the room was spotless and the restaurant food is very good (full breakfast buffet was $8 this morning).They also have a well equiped gym and a nice indoor pool.Super convenient to the airport.No worries here.

I have made multiple visits to this property over at least 15 years.Always a nice stay.Wish food choices were a bit more varied but what is offered is good.The exterior of property is not a good selling point.Needs landscape attention.Lots of plant debris in outdoor lounge area.Seating in lounge area needs attention as well.Cushions left out overnight & quite wet in the morning and early afternoon.Easy access to airport and city.Meeting space is adequate but temperature control needs attention.Our room was freezing and set at 68 degrees.

I am Hilton Honors members. Stayed one night at Hilton Garden Inn Indianapolis Airport with my family during the labor day weekend. Had a wonderful stay. The hotel was very clean and had professional staff. One of the staff called us in advance to advise us that hotel was not open for dinner. We liked that. We enjoyed using the swimming pool and jacuzzi. Normally, pools and jacuzzi and not operational at many hotels during pandemic. Enjoyed having breakfast. This hotel is located in a very quite and clean locality.

El cuarto estaba lompio y el servicing muy cordial. In poco lejos de downtown pero accessible al aeropuerto, y tiene shuttle service al aeropuerto.
