El lugar es acogedor pero muy ruidoso las personas del aseo en la recepcion no son amables.. las personas del aseo entran en la habitacion sin pedir permiso.. y hay un cartel de no molestar sin embargo entran en öa habitacion... muuuuy ruidoso desde temprano con la limpieza no se puede descansar bien!!!

It's a Hilton so you can expect great service, friendly staff and fantastic quality rooms. It's located right in the middle of downtown Barcelona so it's in a great neighborhood. Walking distance from La Pedrera and Casa Batlló, as well as one of the main stops for the tour buses. I would stay here all the time

A disappointing stay! I'm amazed at how nonfunctional the newly decorated rooms (we stayed in 785 and 501) were. We had a 2 night stay and had to pack and switch rooms due to the electricity going out. There was no manager or maintenance person on call, nor was there any sort of room credit. Whomever designed the rooms including their furniture and choice of fixtures should go back to design school. A Hilton Gold Member.

Contudo....Já fiquei nesta propriedade 2 a 3 vezes e esta é a primeira vez que escrevo um comentário, o que significa que o que estou dizendo aconteceu durante todas as minhas estadias lá.A equipe não fará nada extra por você. Mesmo que tenha a ver com o seu conforto. Eu senti que eles vão te ordenhar e tentar tirar tudo de você, mesmo se você for um membro diamante.Por exemplo, chovendo tanto durante minha última estadia, então eu pedi um guarda-chuva, a recepção queria uma retenção para cartão de crédito para que eu pudesse usá-la caso eu perdesse. E muitos mais exemplos ....Apenas fique atento! É uma localização boa e limpa, mas vá lá dormir e não peça nada, principalmente favores

Good location and clean. However.... I’ve stayed at this property 2-3 times and this is the first time i write a review which means what I am saying happened during all my stays there. Staff won't do anything extra for you. Even if it has to do with your comfort. I felt that they will milk you and try to get every € out of you even if you are a diamond member. Example, raining so hard during my last stay so I asked for an umbrella, front desk wanted a credit card hold so I can use it just incase I lose it. And many more examples.... Just be aware! Its a good location and clean but go there to sleep and don’t ask for anything at all, especially favors

Very conveniently located to many of Barcelona's city attractions and public transport options. Walking distance to Casa Milla, Casa Batllo, Placa Catalunya, Las Ramblas, hop on hop off bus route. Half block from Passeig de Gracia (city's million dollar street). Great service, clean and comfortable rooms but walls are "thin". Heard several embarrassing sounds from guests in neighboring rooms.

Sitio bonito. Comida excelente, pero el servicio no es muy atento y no conoce ni su propio producto. Están más acostumbrados a servir mojitos que comidas. Una pena porque por poco que se pusieran las pilas mejoraría mucho.

Muy buena comida y muy buen servicio. De precio... no sé. Ha invitado la empresa. Imagino que barato no habrá sido. Así que, si tienes poder adquisitivo y te apetece disfutar de buena comida, te aconsejo visita.

La primera noche estuvimos en una habitación en la quinta planta, habitación renovada nos dijeron, pero pegada al ascensor, ruido a todas horas. Cambiamos a la tercera planta, está no renovada, aunque amplia y confortable. Aunque para ser un 4 estrellas superior, no lo calificaría como tal, lo dejaría en 4. Su personal excelente, muy atentos en todo momento.

Very comfortable rooms with a good view if lucky enough to overlook the pool. Service is fantastic and all staff cannot be more helpful. Cozy bar in reception,a very cozy looking outdoor restaurant and a small but modern gym.

Fantastic modern rooms. Really great staff. Awesome bar, restaurant and pool (with pool terrace bar). Location right in the middle of great shopping and restaurants. Highly recommended option for your visit to Barcelona!
