Very nice hotel. Room was very nice, although the tile in the shower had mold all over the grout (they absolutely need to do a deep cleaning). Beds were comfortable. Even slept in because the blackout drapes were so good. Parking is convenient. Nice that they have luggage cart available for use.

This place is not worth the money. The first room was not clean so we asked for another room. The second room was just ok but we decided to stay. The ceiling had a major stress crack, you could see where they had tried to blend the popcorn ceilings. The shower was extremely small and not much to brag about for the room itself. We paid extra for a marine view and that was very pretty, the only positive thing about the stay. Front desk was not the most helpful team of people. For the money spent this is not worth it. I would say that the hotel room itself is worth about $150.00 max! If you can find another option for the amount they charge, I would take the other option. 8/15/22

I’m a mom with 3 teenagers and they guy at check in offers me an “upgrade” to a king size bed from my 2 double room “for only $60 more a night.” Really? Read the room! Do you want to sleep in a king bed with 3 half grown adults? The Staff was not accommodating. If I want to buy milk at 9pm for the cookies you gave the kids at check in that should be an option. The shower did not drain good at all. After a 10 min shower the water was mid calf so I had to turn the shower off and wait for the water to drain. The “continental breakfast” is not free $9 and an option for buffet is $15 save your money and go to Roosters 5 min down the road. The pool is very small. At checkout they never said anything about needing a parking pass to get out of the garage. I used mine from the night before, it didn’t open the gate. I hit the call button and it didn’t even budge. I called the number and the guy on the phone kept telling me to hit the button after multiple time of telling him the button was broken and not pushing in he said hold on let me call my colleague. He calls my phone back and says try your ticket I told him the machine already took my ticket. After 10 min back and forth and a line of annoyed drivers behind me they finally lifted the gate. I did not get my monies worth and will never stay here again at $250 a night for 2 double bed. Ridiculous!

Fresh baked cookies at check in? Heck yes! This is absolutely a destination hotel with its location almost directly on Lake Michigan. The views from the pool/jacuzzi at night time 💛 I don’t have one bad thing to say. Be mindful of the parking though, it is not free.

Good location right on the harbor. Upgraded to harbor view room after the first night for a few bucks more...beat money we spent as the rooms are noticably bigger. Front desk staff wasn't overly friendly but accommodated our room change request. Hotel was supposedly full but sure didn't see anyone... even at breakfast we were about the only ones eating during the height of breakfast time. The 2 queen bed rooms that aren't harbor view are too small and the beds are basically against the wall so very difficult to get in and out of bed.
